摘要
近年来，江西省南昌市紧紧围绕打造带动全省发展的核心增长极战略，强
力推进工业三年强攻计划，以工业园区为主战场，加快承接产业转移步伐，打
造新型工业化发展格局。但与此同时，随着用工的急速增长、第三产业虹吸，
择业观念影响等因素，工业园区企业的招工就业也遭遇了瓶颈，大部分工业园
区企业出现了用工短缺的现象，这些问题不仅影响了园区企业的进一步扩大生
产，也影响了南昌市的经济社会发展。所以，研究分析南昌市工业园区用工管
理势在必行，有较大的现实意义

本文以南昌 X 工业园区为例，通过问卷调查及实地走访南昌市 X 工业园区
政府工作人员和园区若干企业负责人，了解该工业园区的用工特征及园区用工
管理现状，目前该工业园区的劳动密集型企业缺工严重，通过相关课题检索、
书籍资料阅读以及互联网搜索等手段对己有文献资料进行比较分析，采用理论
结合实际的方法探明了该工业园区企业出现用工短缺的成因。本文以地方政府
层面及园区企业层面，提出了促进南昌 X 工业园区用工管理的对策与建议，以
期这些建议对江西省南昌工业园区的经济发展有所裨益

ABSTRACT
In recent years, closely revolving around building up the core growth pole
promoting the development of the province, Nanchang city of JiangXi province
vigorously promotes the three-year industrial plan, takes industrial park as the main
battlefield, speed up the pace of industrial transfer, builds a new pattern of
industrialization.But at the same time, with the rapid growth of employment, the
tertiary industry siphon, the influence of employment concept, the employment of
industrial park enterprises encounter bottleneck, most industrial enterprises have the
phenomenon of employment shortage. Most industrial park enterprises have the
problem of labor shortage.These problems not only affect the further expansion of
production, but also affect the economic and social development of Nanchang.
Therefore, the research and analysis of Nanchang industrial park employment
management is imperative, has a greater practical significance.
This paper takes Nanchang x industrial park as an example, through the
questionnaire and on-site visit to Nanchang x industrial park government workers and
administrators of enterprises, understand the employment characteristics of industrial
park and the management status of industrial park. The labor-intensive enterprises in
this industrial park are in serious shortage of workers . Through the relevant subject
search, book data reading and Internet search and other means of comparative
analysis of existing literature, using the theory combined with the actual method,the
thesis d to find out the cause of the industrial park enterprises employment
shortage.In this paper, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the
employment management of Nanchang x industrial park are proposed, with a view to
the economic development of Nanchang industrial park in Jiangxi province.
