摘要
采购是保证企业正常运营的必要条件，是保证质量的重要环节，是控制成本
的主要手段之一，采购可以帮助企业洞察市场的变化趋势，决定企业产品周转的
速度。在当前的市场环境下，采购管理现已逐渐成为多数企业实现柔性化经营、
提高竞争力的重要手段之一

本论文选择的课题是供应链管理模式下 BD 新能源汽车公司采购管理研究，基
于公司复杂的供应链网络结构，针对其供应链具有较高的脆弱性、较强的个性化
需求, 较大的技术和经营风险的特性，对 BD 汽车公司采购管理进行研究。本论文
首先总结了供应链管理、采购管理基本理论；其次，介绍了 BD 汽车公司的发展现
状以及采购管理的发展阶段；进一步总结了 BD 汽车公司采购管理中的现状及问题，
剖析导致采购管理问题的内外部因素；然后，针对问题提出了采购管理优化策略；
最后，提出采购管理优化的实施效果分析和后续保障措施

本论文通过对 BD 汽车公司采购管理的现状和问题进行分析，并深入剖析导致
问题的原因，进而有依据的对 BD 汽车公司采购流程进行再造，组织结构进行完善，
信息管理系统进行搭建，采购策略进行优化，供应商管理进行改进，针对性的提
出解决对策与建议，为 BD 汽车公司进一步改进采购管理质量，提高采购管理效率
提供了理论参考，对提高采购管理水平，推动公司可持续发展，提升公司市场竞
争力具有一定的参考价值

ABSTRACT
Purchasing is the necessary condition to ensure normal enterprise production and
management. Purchasing is an important part of the quality assurance and it is one of
the main means of cost control. Purchasing can help the enterprise to insight into market
trends, decided to enterprise product turnover speed. At present, purchasing
management has gradually become one of the most important means of enterprises
implement flexible management and enhancing the competitiveness.
This paper&39;s thesis is study on procurement management in BD company based on
supply chain management pattern. Based on the BD new energy vehicle company
complex supply chain network, duo to the high vulnerability, strong individual needs,
the greater risk of technology and business characteristics, to research the BD company
procurement management. Firstly the paper summarizes the basic theory of supply
chain management, purchasing management. Secondly, this paper introduces the current
development and purchasing management development stage. Thirdly summarizes the
present situation and problems in purchasing management and find out the
insufficiencies of purchasing management. Then propose the optimization strategy of
procurement management for the problem. Finally, put forward the effect
analysis follow-up safeguard measures of purchasing management optimization.
Through the analysis about the present situation of BD company procurement
management, so deeply analyze the existing problems and the causes of the problem,
and then have a basis of BD company procurement process reengineering, optimize
purchasing strategy, supplier management integration analysis evaluation, targeted
countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward, further improve the quality of
purchasing management for BD company, improve the efficiency of purchasing and
supply management provides a theoretical reference, to improve the level of purchasing
management, promote the sustainable development of the company, the company&39;s
market competitiveness has certain reference value.
