就极其重要。在不确定环境下,中介组织的作用日益明显,中介组织将成为
中小企业实现国际化的一条重要的成长路径。我国中小企业持续健康地开展
国际活动,离不开中介组织的推动、促进和扶助作用,因此,研究中小企业
国际化成长中的中介组织的问题,就显得尤为重要和具有紧迫的现实意义。
本文以全球价值链为主线,对中介组织的内涵进行了界定并进行了分
类;通过对中小企业扩大国际市场,减少与国际市场的心理距离的销售环节
的中介组织的研究,来探讨中介组织对中小企业国际化成长的作用机理;建
立中介组织对中小企业国际化成长的作用模型,并通过调研,进行实证分
析,从理论和实践视角分析中介组织对促进中小企业国际化成长的重要意
义;同时,为促进中小企业国际化成长,提出了中介组织发展的相关对策。

In the 1980s, the economic globalization gradually arise, the world has
entered the post industrialized and informational era. With the global division of
labor development, especially the wide development of intra product division,
which has a profound impact on the development of small and medium-sized
enterprises, thus professional small and medium enterprises are increasingly
active in the international market. Under the effect of global market mechanism,
small and medium-sized enterprises of our country gradually develop, which
play a decisive role in the melting into the global division of labor system of our
country and enhancing our international competitiveness. With the deepening
and expanding development of global labor division, the small and medium-
sized enterprise has a broad market and opportunities, but due to the natural
characteristics of defect, the growing of globalization by oneself comes with
sustainable development, it is also facing fierce competition and challenge. To
deal with those difficulties, small and medium-sized enterprises not only need to
give full play to its advantage, also need the help outside, besides the support of
the government, the intervention of intermediary organizations is also extremely
important. Under the uncertain circumstances, the decisive role of intermediary
organizations is more and more obvious, the intermediary organization is the
important path of the small and medium-sized enterprises to be international.
The international activities of SME's sustained and healthy development can't be
carried out without the promotion and aids of intermediary organizations,
therefore, research on the problem of the international growth of small and
medium-sized enterprise is particularly important and has urgent realistic
meanings.
Based on the global value chain, this study defines and classifies the
connotation of intermediary organizations. By the study of expanding the
international market for small and medium-sized enterprises, and of reducing of
intermediary sales, linked with the international market of psychological
distance to explore the effect of intermediary organizations to the
internationalization growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises. And
build the model of the significance of intermediary organizations to the
internationalization growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises, and
