首先,本文研究了劳动用工的政策法规和人力资源管理理论,包括双因素理
论、马斯洛需要层次理论和公平理论,为论文的研究提供理论支撑。然后,对国
有企业的劳动用工模式进行了简要介绍,分析了国有企业劳动用工模式的历史变
迁,探讨了国有企业现行劳动用工模式中存在的弊端与优点。接着,对XN油气
公司的劳动用工模式进行了具体分析,包括XN油气公司简介、XN油气公司劳动
用工模式发展历程、XN油气公司目前劳动用工模式的概况以及XN油气公司劳动
用工模式存在的问题。最后,针对XN油气公司劳动用工中存在的问题,借鉴其
它国有企业劳动用工模式改革的经验,提出了 XN油气公司劳动用工改革建议及
实施步骤。其结论是:企业只有采取科学合理的劳动用工改革措施,才能真正解
决现行用工模式中存在的问题,以提升企业综合实力

Abstract
Under the situation of enterprise's labor employment environment become more
and more complex, labor laws and regulations become prfect,market competition
become more and more intense, technical progress become more quickly, and
enterprise reform become more deeping, labor employment faceing many new
problems and contradiction. To complete the goal of production's addition, innovate
and efficient,strengthening the labor employment model's optmization and
reform,buildind harmonious labor relations is necessary.
At first,the paper researched and analysised labor employment's policies and
regulations, human resource management's correlation theory. The human resource
management's correlation theory include Two-factor theory, maslow's hierarchy of
needs theory and equity theory, they are all the theoretical support of the paper.And
then, doing a brief introduction of monopoly state-owned enterprises 'labor
employment pattern. There are two aspects, one is the historical changes of monopoly
state-owned enterprises 'labor employment pattern, the other one is disadvantage and
advantage of monopoly state-owned enterprises'labor employment pattern.We are
also finished concrete analysis of XN oil company's labor employment pattern,
include XN oil company's profile,the development history, general situation and
problems of XN oil company's labor employment pattern. At last, aiming at the
problems existing in the XN oil company's labor employment and studying the classic
case, we have put forward reform proposals and concrete implementation steps. Only
by adopting scientific and reasonable optimization reform measures can we solve the
long-standing problems in the state-owned enterprises'labor employment pattern.
Finally realizes the enterprise comprehensive strength and external competitiveness
improved.
