摘 要
随着我国经济的快速发展，我国的经济实力逐渐增强，为实现经济集约型发
展，完善经济产业结构，国家逐步进行产业结构调整，大力发展第三产业，特别
是服务业。休闲娱乐行业是我国服务业的主要组成部分，不经能够带动社会就业，
还能够为社会提供多种服务。本文研究锦州市鼎熙阁休闲会馆的企业发展战略，
并对中小服务企业制定良性发展战略，为我国服务业的发展提供重要参考价值。

本文首先对休闲产业的发展战略相关理论进行综述，包括休闲产业的相关理
论、企业发展战略的相关理论等。其次对企业发展战略的理论进行了分析，包括
SWOT 理论、五力缺口模型理论等，为后文现状分析奠定了理论基础。第三，对
鼎熙阁的企业发展现状进行了 SWOT 分析，利用 SWOT 手段分析了鼎熙阁发展中的
政治、经济、文化等环境分析，并分析了行业现状、竞争者现状等，总结了鼎熙
阁发展中的优势、劣势、机会等。第四，对鼎熙阁的发展战略进行了详细的制定，
包括战略目标、战略阶段划分、战略重点确定等，并制定了服务产品差异化、企
业扩张多样化、人才促进专业化等战略对策。

通过对鼎熙阁休闲会馆的战略研究，总结其发展过程中的不足，并根据经济
发展和未来国家产业发展优惠政策，对鼎熙阁的发展提供具有可行性的战略对
策。

ABSTRACT
With China39;s rapid economic development, China39;s economic strength gradually
increased, to achieve intensive economic development, improve the economic
structure, countries gradually adjust the industrial structure, vigorously develop the
tertiary industry, especially in the service industry. Leisure and entertainment industry
is a major component of China39;s service industry, not to promote social employment,
but also can provide a variety of services for the society. Enterprise development
strategy of Changchun City Ding Xi Ge recreation hall, tries to analyze the
development of leisure industry in China, and the benign development strategy for
small and medium-sized enterprise services, provide important reference value for the
development of the service industry.
Firstly, theory of development strategy of leisure industry are reviewed,
including the related theories, the leisure industry enterprise development strategy
theory. Next to the enterprise development strategy theory are analyzed, including
SWOT theory, five gap model theory, laid the theoretical foundation for the analysis
of the status quo. Third, the SWOT analysis of the status quo of Ding Xi Ge Ding Xi
Ge, analyses the development of politics, economy, culture and environment by
means of SWOT, and analyzes the industry present situation, competitor status,
summarizes the Ding Xi Ge development of the advantages, disadvantages,
opportunities. Fourth, has carried on the detailed development strategies of ding-hee
Pavilion, including strategic goals, strategic focus, strategic stages determined, and
made the difference, enterprise service expansion of product diversification, talents
and promoting the specialization strategy.
Through strategic research on Ding Xi Ge recreation center, summarizes the
problems in its development process, and according to the current situation of China39;s
economic development and the future of the country industry development policy,
provides the strategy feasible countermeasure development of hee Ting court.
