Project location: located at the cross of HuanCheng West Road and Xinxing Road ,Haishu District, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province

Project profile: Auchan Hypermarket Ningbo Xinxing Road Store is a supermarket invested by Ningbo Immochan Real Estate Co. Ltd. The project land located at the cross of HuanCheng West Road and Xinxing Road in Ningbo. The land area is 67,685m2. The foundation is tubular pile foundation.The total building area is about 178,000m2. The whole project is divided into two phases. The build-up area for the first phase is about 52,135 m2, including 34,135m2 above ground and the basement is about 18,000m2. And the second phase is about 126,000 m2, including 74,000 m2 above ground and the basement is about 52,000 m2. The basement floor on Phase Ⅱ is designed for parking garage and machine room. 1F、2F is designed for small shops and anchor stores. 2F is designed for supermarkets and fresh areas. The part
