目的 Purpose
建立获取法律、法规、标准和其他要求的渠道，识别和确认适用于公司与环境因素方面有关的法律、法规、标准和其他要求。
Establish the access to acquire legal requirements, standards and other requirements. Identify and confirm the applicable legal requirements, standards and other requirements related to the environmental aspects.
范围 Scope
本程序适用于公司对国家、地方、行业颁布的有关环境法律、法规、条例、办法、标准及其它要求的获取与识别。
This procedure applies to acquiring and identifying legal requirements, standard and other requirements related to national law, local law and trade standard.
责任 Responsibility
EHS部门负责与环境相关法律、法规、标准和其他相应要求的获取及更新等管理工作，并将有关内容传递到相关部门；并对法律、法规及其他相应要求进行确认；保留法律原件。
EHS department is responsible for acquiring and updating the environmental laws and other requirements and standards, communicating with other departments about the laws, identifying and confirming the laws and other requirements，preserving original copy of the laws.
