This paper introduces the production and sales volume of new energy vehicles and the decommissioning volume of power batteries in China, then takes Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example, briefly describes the generation, recycling system, policies and the development of recycling industry of waste power batteries, laying the foundation for the sustainable development of new energy vehicles.
