摘 要
商业办公楼（二）位于天元区中原东路。严格按照《办公建筑设计规范》（JGJ67-2006）、《建筑设计防火规范》（GB50016-2006）、《建筑结构荷载规范》（GB50009-2001）、《混凝土结构设计规范》（GB50010-2002）、《建筑地基基础设计规范》（GB50007-2002）、《抗震设计规范》（GB50011-2001）等国家现行规范对本办公楼进行建筑设计，结构设计。施工组织设计中的时间定额按照湖南省99定额套用。
本设计先对建筑的平面、立面进行设计，随后对建筑的基?⒘骸濉⒅信浣罴扑悖詈蠼惺┕ぷ橹杓坪褪┕こ〉仄矫嫔杓啤Ｕ錾杓贫挤瞎蚁中泄娣兑蟆Ｉ杓乒讨胁捎锰煺?.0和AutoCAD2004软件进行建筑设计，采用算易结构软件计算基础配筋，用广厦10.0建筑结构CAD软件计算整个工程的梁板柱配筋，用梦龙2006软件绘出施工网络图。设计具有一定的可靠性、安全性、创造性。
本计算书包含建筑结构选型，建筑荷载计算，框架配筋计算，基础计算，楼梯计算。其中建筑荷载计算过程中垂直荷载采用迭代法计算，水平荷载采用D值法计算，通过荷载组合确定一榀框架结构的控制内力，最后完成一榀框架的配筋，并手绘了一榀框架配筋图。

ABSTRACT
Business official building (2) located in the Zhong Yuan East Road in Tianyuan district. In accordance with the present state standards strictly such as: “Office Building Design Standards” (JGJ67-2006), “Architectural Design of Fire Safety Regulations”(GB50016-2006), “Structural Load Norms”(GB50009-2001), “Concrete Structure Design Standards” (GB50010-2002), “Building Foundation Design Standards”(GB50007-2002), “Seismic Design Standards”(GB5001-2001), and so on, the author tries to complete the architectural design and constructive design for this official building. The fixed time in construction design abides by the Hunan 99 fixed quote.
