In the aspect of performance implementation, leaders shouldpay more attention to performanceguidance and build a communication mechanism of performance guidance.A reasonable index weight should be determined by the combination of a performance appraisal index system and the enterprise's strategic objectives when it comes to performance appraisal. In terms of performance feedback, performance feedback interviews should be introduced, and dispute settlement and appeal procedures should be developed.The application of performance results should be broadened and deepened,encompassing welfare projectexchange, promotionmanagement, and the assessment of training requirements.
