Anchoring on the development strategy of providing high-quality and stable services by
making full use of the integration advantages of the company, and combining with the actual
production requirements of the branch and the age composition of employees, post settings,
skills mastery, etc., this paper proposes the optimization idea of adding 360-degree performance
evaluation indexes to the original KPI performance appraisal system, mainly from the following
four aspects. The first is to strengthen the top-level design of the branch company, decompose
and implement the strategic objectives to front-line staff at the grassroots level layer by layer,
and add360-degree evaluationto theoriginal KPIindicators, andfinally determine8
performance evaluation indicators after optimization. The optimization of the performance
appraisal indicators not only increases the relevance to the company’s strategic objectives, but
also strengthens the fit degree with the specific work of employees. The second is to optimize
the evaluation criteria of each assessment index, to make them quantified to the maximum
extent to ensure that the assessment link is fair, just and effective. The third is to optimize the
application of performance appraisal results, especially strengthening the application of the
feedback partofperformance appraisal.Moreover, thelast oneis toputforward the
requirements of organization, culture, system, training and other guarantee measures for the
operation of the performance management system.
This thesis aims to make the grass-roots front-line performance program of YA branch
company more scientific and reasonable, and ultimately achieve the goal of assisting the branch
