The<br>emergence of the new industry has broken the business model of the banking industry,<br>which mainly relies on the deposit and loan spread as the main source of profit, and<br>accelerated thetransformation ofthe old andnew dynamics.And with the<br>development of Internet finance, the development of commercial banks has faced<br>huge challenges and their traditional position has been very much impacted. In recent<br>years, due to the global spread of Influenza A (H1N1) and the unstable trade relations<br>between China and the United States, the global economy has slowed down, the non-<br>performing loan rate of banks has risen, the operating profit margin of commercial<br>banks has dropped and the real economy has shown signs of shrinkage. Against this<br>backdrop, internet finance companies represented by Ant Financial Services have<br>posed a huge challenge to traditional retail banks. In recent years, the brain drain of<br>PA Bank's HF branches has become increasingly serious, adversely affecting PA<br>Bank's operation and management, not only causing economiclosses but also<br>affecting its long-term development. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve<br>human resource management, reduce brain drain and increase the attractiveness of PA<br>Bank HF branches to talented people.<br>This paper takes the increasingly serious brain drain at PA Bank HF branch in<br>recent years as a starting point and uses in-depth interviews, questionnaires and data<br>analysis. It analyses the causes of talent loss and the problems of the human resource<br>system of PA Bank HF branch, and proposes specific improvement measures in<br>response to the problems identified. First, the background and significance of the<br>study are introduced.
