合理科学的薪酬不仅可以调动公司员工工作的积极性,还是保证企业内部稳
定运作的基础,是企业不断向未来发展的动力基石,建立一个科学且完善合理的
薪酬制度是帮助企业稳定发展的重要保障。通过获取优秀中小企业在薪酬制度改
进上取得的巨大成果,并结合种业企业的实际情况,用来增强公司员工的积极
性、更方便的留下优秀技术人才,对提升种业企业的科技创新能力有着重要的现
实意义。对 X种业公司的薪酬优化设计,其最终目的是为了完善该种业公司现
发展阶段薪酬制度上存在的漏洞,并落实优化公司的人才培养制度,可以源源不
断的为公司人力资源提供有效保障,进而实现公司的长期战略发展目标。同时,
本文研究成果,可以为同行业种业企业提供借鉴。
本文以 X种业公司为对象,首先对薪酬在企业人力资源管理中的重要性进
行分析,结合种业行业的发展背景,得出对种业企业薪酬优化设计的重要性。其
次对企业薪酬及薪酬优化设计的相关理论进行了归纳梳理,接着详细介绍了X
种业公司的发展历史、组织结构、人员构成及薪酬构成,在此基础上本文运用问
卷调查法和访谈法对公司的薪酬进行了研究。并且分析其在公司内部薪酬管理上
出现的主要问题和产生原因,提供出合理且有效的解决方案,希望能够对该公司
在薪酬优化设计上提供快速有效的变革帮助,从而进一步提高该企业的利润,提
升在该行业内部的竞争力。
在本论文的重点章节,提出了公司薪酬优化设计方案,首先讨论了优化设计
的目标和原则,继而对公司内部的部门岗位进行具体的划分,再针对不同岗位的
员工提出适合的薪酬改进方案。在研究的最后部分,针对X种业公司薪酬优化
设计运行中可能出现的问题,从组织保障、制度保障、文化保障三个方面提出了
相关的运行、监督、落地实施的相关配套措施。以确保该优化方案可以真实有效
的提升 X种业公司的竞争力。

Reasonable and scientific salary can not only mobilize the enthusiasm of the
company's employees, but also ensure the stable operation of the enterprise, is the
cornerstone of the company's continuous development to the future, the establishment
of a scientific and perfect and reasonable salary system is an important guarantee to
help the stable development of the enterprise. By obtaining the great results achieved
by outstanding small and medium-sized enterprises in the improvement of the salary
system, combined with the actual situation of seed enterprises, it is used to enhance the
enthusiasm of the company'semployees and more conveniently retainexcellent
technical talents, which is of great practical significance to improve the scientific and
technological innovation ability of seed enterprises. The ultimate purpose of the salary
optimization design of X seed industry company is to improve the loopholes in the
salary system of the seed industry company at the current stage of development, and
implement and optimize the company's talent training system, which can continuously
provide effective guarantee for the company's human resources, and then achieve the
company's long-term strategic development goals. At the same time, the research
results of this paper can provide reference for seed enterprises in the same industry.
This paper takes X seed industry company as the object, first analyzes the
importance of salary in enterprise human resource management, and combines the
development background of seedindustry to conclude the importance of salary
optimization design of seed industry enterprises. Secondly, the relevant theories of
enterprise salary and salary optimization design are summarized and sorted out, and
then the development history, organizational structure, personnel composition and
salary composition of X seed industry company are introduced in detail, on the basis
of which the questionnaire survey method and interview method are used to study the
company's salary. And analyze the main problems and causes of its internal salary
management, provide reasonable and effective solutions, hope to provide the company
in the salary optimization design of rapid and effective change help, so as to further
improve the company's profits, enhance the competitiveness within the industry.
