摘要
制造业绿色转型与智能智造已经成为全世界工业强国的基本共识,新能源
行业的兴起又带动了新能源装备制造业的兴起。积极推进新能源装备制造业中
智能化体系的建设和发展,是促进中国装备制造业发展并实现全面工业化的极
为重要的举措;碳中和、碳达标等概念的提出,极大的推动了新能源的发展,
同时给新能源装备制造带来了新的发展契机,竞争也日趋激烈,为了能在众多
竞争者中脱颖而出,故而对新能源装备企业建立智能化管理体系尤为重要。
文章采用文献研究、案例分析、访谈和调查等方法对其进行了研究。然后,
定义并归纳了新能源装备制造、绿色制造、智能制造等相关的概念与特征。以
DT公司为突破点,分析了智能化体系管理现状,基于绿色制造转型的需求,指
出了公司智能化发展所面临的问题,比如能耗管理体系不健全,缺乏面向绿色制
造的碳排放体系,现场监控数据管理动态性差,以及生产管理平台智能化程度
低等问题;针对相关问题,制定了能耗管理体系、碳排放的检测和控制、生产
现场高实时性监控、基于数字孪生技术的智慧工厂体系等优化方案;为保证优
化方案的有效执行,提出了组织、人才、文化三个方面的保障措施。

ABSTRACT
Green transformation of manufacturing industry and intelligent manufacturing
have become the basic consensus of industrial powers around the world. The rise of
new energy industry has led to the rise of new energy equipment manufacturing
industry. Actively promoting the construction and development of intelligent system
in new energy equipment manufacturing industry is an extremely important measure
to promote the development of China's equipment manufacturing industry and
realize comprehensive industrialization. The concept of carbon neutrality and carbon
standards has greatly promoted the development of new energy, and brought new
developmentopportunitiestonewenergyequipmentmanufacturing.The
competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to stand out among many
competitors, it is particularly important to establish an intelligent management
system for new energy equipment enterprises.
The article uses the methods of literature research, case analysis, interview and
investigation to study it. Then, the concepts and characteristics of new energy
equipment manufacturing, green manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing are
defined and summarized. Taking DT Company as a breakthrough point, this paper
analyzes the current situation of intelligent system management. Based on the
requirements of green manufacturing transformation, it points out the problems faced
by the company's intelligent development, such as the imperfect energy consumption
management system, the lack of carbon emission system for green manufacturing,
the poor dynamic management of on-site monitoring data, and the low level of
intelligentproductionmanagementplatform;Aiming atrelevantproblems,
optimization schemes such as energy consumption management system, carbon
emission detection and control, high real-time monitoring of production site, and
smart factory system based on digital twin technology have been developed; In order
to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization plan, the guarantee
measures of organization, talents and culture are proposed.
