摘要
“颜值经济”悄然兴起,成为时代发展的一个重要阶段,人作为经济的主导者与推
动者起着决定性作用。职业适应力是职场发展和职场竞争的最关键性因素之一,提升职
业适应力不仅能够促进职业发展,同时有助于更好地制定职业生涯规划。国内外学者就
职业适应力在生涯管理领域有丰富的理论研究基础,而颜值在职场的影响也备受社会学
与心理学专家关注,但现有的理论研究中极少就颜值对职业适应力影响方面的研究,所
以本文试图通过探索性访谈、问卷调研及数据分析来探讨这两者的影响,旨在帮助职场
人士树立正确的颜值观,从而使得颜值能有效地帮助他们提升职业适应力,取得职业发
展;帮助企业获得德才兼备、既有颜值又有才华的人才,助力企业取得长足发展。
首先本文对生涯建构理论、颜值、自尊、自我效能、职业适应力进行理论基础的阐
述与相关概念的界定,通过理论分析提出 3 个研究假设:1、颜值对职业适应力有显著
正向作用;2、自尊在颜值与职业适应力的关系中起中介作用;3、自我效能在颜值与职
业适应力的关系中起调节作用。然后针对这三个假设展开验证,第一,选取五位具有代
表性的职场人士进行探索性访谈来定性研究,得出颜值对职业适应力的关注度、控制力、
好奇心、自信心这四个维度与职业发展的影响,为问卷分析的展开奠定基础;第二,通
过网络对职场人士进行问卷调查,得到262 份有效问卷,采用 spss 软件对数据进行信度、
效度、偏差、相关性等分析,验证了文中提出的 3 个研究假设。最终得出本文的观点:
颜值对职业适应力提升有显著正向影响,自尊起中介作用,自我效能起调节作用。
基于研究假设得到验证,本文从个人及组织两个维度提出了颜值视角下职业适应力
提升策略:1、颜值方面,做到细致得体、扬长避短、个性塑造、遵守礼仪、内外兼修;
2、自尊方面,学会积极思维、自我同情、目标成就;3、自我效能方面,学会体验成功、
榜样示范、言语支持、调节情绪;4、组织环境方面,提升组织文化建设、优化组织员
工制度。由于颜值、自尊、自我效能与职业适应力这四个变量侧重在个体的研究,因此
文中相关策略也侧重个体角度,对职场人士的职业适应力提升具有实践意义,从而对其
职业发展也有正向推动作用,促进生涯发展。

IAbstract
Abstract
"Appearance level economy" rises quietly and becomes an important stage of the
development of The Times. As the leader and promoter of economy, human beings play a
decisive role. Career adaptability is one of the most critical factors for career development and
competition. Improving career adaptability can not only promote career development, but also
help to make better career planning. Domestic and foreign scholars on vocational adaptability
is rich in the field of career management theory research, and level of appearance in the
workplace are under the influence of sociology and psychology expert attention, but few in
the theoretical study of the existing level impact on the professional adaptability research in
appearance, so this article attempts through exploratory interviews, questionnaire survey and
data analysis to explore the effects of the two, It aims to help professionals to establish a
correct outlook on appearance level, so that appearance level can effectively help them
improve their professional adaptability and achieve career development; Help enterprises to
obtain both political integrity and ability, both appearance level and talented talents, help
enterprises to achieve long-term development.
Firstly, this thesis expounds the theoretical basis of career construction theory,
appearance level, self-esteem, self-efficacy and occupational adaptability and defines relevant
concepts. Through theoretical analysis, three hypotheses are proposed: 1. Appearance level
has a significant positive effect on occupational adaptability; 2. Self-esteem plays a mediating
role in the relationship between appearance level and occupational adaptability; 3.
Self-efficacy plays a moderating role in the relationship between appearance level and
occupational adaptability. First, five representative professionals were selected to conduct
exploratory interviews to conduct qualitative research, and the influence of appearance level
on the four dimensions of attention, control, curiosity and confidence on career adaptability
and career development was obtained, laying a foundation for the questionnaire analysis.
Secondly, 262 valid questionnaires were obtained through the questionnaire survey of the
workplace through the Internet. SPSS software was used to analyze the data, such as
reliability, validity, deviation and correlation, to verify the three hypotheses proposed in the
thesis. It is concluded that appearance level has a significant positive effect on the
improvement of occupational adaptability, self-esteem plays a mediating role and self-efficacy
plays a moderating role.
Based on the verification of the research hypothesis, this thesis puts forward the

strategies for improving occupational adaptability from the perspective of appearance level
from the perspective of individuals and organizations: 1. In terms of appearance level, be
careful and graceful, cultivate strengths and avoid weaknesses, build personality, abide by
etiquette, and cultivate both inside and outside; 2, self-esteem, learn positive thinking,
self-compassion, goal achievement; 3, self-efficacy, learn to experience success, example
demonstration, verbal support, regulate emotions; 4. In terms of organizational environment,
improve organizational culture construction and optimize organizational staff system. Since
the four variables of appearance level, self-esteem, self-efficacy and career adaptability are
focused on individuals, the relevant strategies in this thesis also focus on the individual
perspective, which has practical significance for the improvement of career adaptability of
professionals, and thus has a positive role in promoting their career development and
promoting their career development.
