摘 要
随着国内经济已经转入新常态，汽车修补漆行业也加速整合集聚。目前，国内高端
涂料的市场主要由国外公司垄断，因此，要想降低外资公司对我国产业的冲击，就必须
加强本土企业的技术创新。中小企业是科技创新的重要力量，“专精特新”中小企业作
为我国科技自立自强的排头兵，在国民经济建设中掌握了更多的话语权。SQ 化工公司
作为一家专注于生产汽车修补涂料和高端水性工业涂料的中小企业，在 2021 年荣登河
南省工业和信息化厅发布的河南省“专精特新”中小企业名单，在现阶段应当如何更好
的迎接挑战，应对新的发展契机，实现高质量的可持续发展，财务战略的选择与实施成
为了该公司能否达成总体目标的重要影响因素。
本文运用财务战略矩阵，对 SQ 公司 2016-2020 年的财务信息开展研究。首先阐述
公司的概况，然后分析外部环境及其财务状况，了解公司的总体战略情况。其次整理和
计算可持续增长率、销售增长率以及经济增加值，以此为坐标轴横纵坐标数据，建立财
务战略矩阵，对该公司的价值创造能力以及资金状态进行分析，确定公司在 2016-2020
年在矩阵中所处的位置，从而对公司的经营情况进行评价，得出公司应该采用稳健型的
财务战略，在投资方面SQ 公司需要控制对内投资和对外投资的比例，改善固定资产投
资和无形资产投资的结构，加大对无形资产的投资；在筹资方面公司需要优化筹资结构，
合理控制长短期借款的比例，保持最优资本结构；在营运方面公司需要加强应收账款管
理，增强资产的使用效率，并据此设计了投、筹资和营运战略实施方案，最后提出做好
财务风险防范工作、制定财务战略评价方法、提升财务人员的专业素质以及增强财务战
略意识这四条确保财务战略有效实施的保障措施，以供 SQ 公司的管理者参考，实现公
司的长远、健康发展。

OF SQ COMPANY
ABSTRACT
As the domestic economy has shifted to the new normal, the automotive refinish
industry has also accelerated its integration and agglomeration. At present, the domestic
high-end paint market is mainly monopolized by foreign companies, therefore, to reduce the
impact of foreign companies on China;s industry, we must strengthen the technological
innovation of local enterprises. SQ Chemical, a small and medium-sized enterprise
specializing in the production of automotive refinish coatings and high-end water-based
industrial coatings, was ranked as one of the leading companies in Henan Province in 2021.
At this stage, the choice and implementation of the financial strategy have become an
important factor in the company;s ability to achieve its overall goal.
In this paper, we use the financial strategy matrix to study the financial information of
SQ for the period 2016-2020. Firstly, the company;s profile is described, and then the external
environment and its financial situation are analyzed to understand the overall strategy of the
company. Next, the sustainable growth rate, sales growth rate, and economic value added are
compiled and calculated as the axes of horizontal and vertical data, and a financial strategy
matrix is established to analyze the company;s value creation capacity and capital status,
determine the company;s position in the matrix for 2016-2020, and thus evaluate the
company;s financial situation and conclude that the company should adopt a robust financial
strategy in terms of In terms of investment, SQ needs to control the ratio of inward and
outward investment, improve the structure of investment in fixed assets and intangible assets,
and increase investment in intangible assets; in terms of financing, the company needs to
optimize the financing structure, reasonably control the ratio of long- and short-term
borrowing, and maintain the optimal capital structure; in terms of operation, the company
needs to strengthen the management of accounts receivable and enhance the efficiency of

asset use, and accordingly, it designs the investment, Finally, we propose four measures to
ensure the effective implementation of financial strategy, namely, to prevent financial risks, to
develop financial strategy evaluation methods, to improve the professional quality of
financial personnel, and to enhance the awareness of financial strategy, for the reference of
SQ;s managers to achieve long-term and healthy development of the enterprise.
