第一章绪论
摘要
制造业是我国国民经济的主体,是立国之本、兴国之器、强国之基。A公司
作为劳动密集型的技术型制造型企业,在国家加快推动制造业转型升级和高质量
发展的进程中,正积极响应国家政策号召,改善企业的供给质量水平,提升企业
专业化和社会化程度。然而,技术型员工是制约 A公司产业发展和企业竞争力
提升的关键瓶颈。技术型员工培养通道的不顺畅成为 A公司可持续发展道路上
的重大难题,因此 A公司亟待对技术型员工开展与实施相关培训工作。
本文以 A公司技术型员工为研究对象,在对相关理论和文献进行系统性梳
理的基础上,总结了技术型员工的特点以及员工培训的基本流程。结合 A公司
实际情况,介绍了 A公司技术型员工的培训现状。通过运用问卷调查法分析 A公
司技术型员工现有培训中存在的问题,包括培训需求分析不具有针对性、培训缺
乏系统和明确的计划、培训形式单一且内容相对滞后、培训缺乏考核与评估机制。
在此基础上明确了 A公司技术型员工培训体系优化设计的目标和原则,并进一
步提出了 A公司技术型员工的培训优化方案,如明确技术型员工的培训需求、
制定技术型员工的培训计划、确定技术型员工培训课程及管理体系、建立技术型
员工培训效果评估体系。培训体系优化前后的最显著特点是强调了技术型员工中
的技术管理人员和技术工人之间的异同点,并有针对性地设计了不同层次技术型
员工的培训优化方案。最后,本文提出了 A公司技术型员工培训体系优化的一
系列保障措施。
研究结论不仅优化了 A公司技术型员工培训中存在的不足,有利于提高 A
公司针对技术管理人员和技术工人的培训效率,提升培训质量,对公司的发展有
着积极的意义。还为其他同类型企业在进行培训方案设计时提供一定的参考借鉴。

Abstract
Manufacturing industry is the main body of China's national economy, the
foundation of building a country, the instrument of rejuvenating the country and the
foundation of strengthening the country. As a labor-intensive technology-based
manufacturing enterprise, A company is actively responding to the national policy call,
improving the supply quality level of the enterprise and enhancing the degree of
specialization and socialization of the enterprise in the process of accelerating the
transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of the manufacturing
industry. However, technical staffs are the key bottleneck restricting the industrial
development and enterprise competitiveness of company A. The unsmooth training
channel of technical staffs has become a major problem on the road of sustainable
development of company A. Therefore, the A company urgently needs to carry out
and implement relevant training for technical staffs.
Taking the technical staffs of A company as the research object, this paper
summarizes the characteristics of technical staffs and the basic process of staff
training on the basis of systematically combing the relevant theories and literature.
Combined with the actual situation of A company, this paper introduces the training
status of technical staffs in A company. By using the questionnaire survey method,
this paper analyzes the problems existing in the existing training of technical staffs in
company A, including the lack of pertinence of training demand analysis, the lack of
systematic and clear plan of training, the single form and relatively lagging content of
training, and the lack of assessment and evaluation mechanism of training. On this

basis, it defines the objectives and principles of the optimization design of the training
system for technical staffs of company A, and further puts forward the training
optimization scheme for technical staffs of company A, such as clarifying the training
needs of technical staffs, formulating the training plan for technical staffs,
determining the training courses and management system for technical staffs, and
establishing the training effect evaluation system for technical staffs. The most
remarkable feature before and after the optimization of the training system is that it
emphasizes the similarities and differences between technical managers and technical
workers in technical staffs, and designs the training optimization schemes for
technical staffs at different levels. Finally, this paper puts forward a series of
guarantee measures for the optimization of technical staff training system in company
A.
The research conclusion not only optimizes the deficiencies in the training of
technical staffs in company A, but also helps to improve the training efficiency and
quality of technical managers and skilled workers in company A, which is of positive
significance to the development of the company. It also provides some reference for
other similar enterprises in the design of training scheme.
