摘要
当今,随经济全球化步伐不断加快,经济贸易的自由化程度不断提升,经济
全球化推动了各行各业的跨地区、跨国界发展,企业的管理进入了新时代。国内
企业受到来自各国企业的影响,市场范围不断扩大,市场机会随之增加,但市场
风险也相伴而来。当前,中国企业与世界优秀企业之间的差距,不在于硬件方面
的差距,而在于管理理念和基础管理的差距。精益生产是现代制造企业所崇尚的
有效的生产管理模式,其核心是建立高效率的生产运作系统来排除一切不合理的
浪费,旨在提高生产运作效率,降低成本,从而提升企业核心竞争力。精益生产
管理模式对制造型企业在提高现场管理水平、减少浪费、降低生产成本、提升产
品质量等方面确实具有显著成效。精益生产作为一种能为企业增效的管理模式,
是目前解决中小型企业面临困境的有效方法之一。
ZM公司自成立至今已有26载,随着公司发展步伐不断加快,公司规模也随
之扩大,但伴随而来的公司在运作中出现的不良成本也在逐年增加,ZM公司若
不及时采取有效控制措施加以控制,将会面临企业生产效率低下、不良成本的增
加,严重影响企业发展的步伐,甚至面临生存威胁。本论文通过学习和掌握精益
生产相关理论和方法,找出ZM公司目前生产现场管理中存在的现存管理水平差、
6S未深入人心、设备管理基础薄弱、现场存在各种浪费等问题,应用技术工具6S
管理、设备TPM维护,再结合PDCA循环改善思维,针对性的制定改善方案。通
过方案的实施,能有效降低ZM公司的生产成本,提升产品质量,提升企业形象,
从而提升企业核心竞争力。ZM公司生产现场改善方案不仅对ZM公司持续推进精
益生产改善提供重要的实践基础,也对同类制造企业运用精益生产改善提供一定
的理论参考意义。

ABSTRACT
At present, with the emergence of knowledge economy and the rise of economic
globalization, promote the trans-regional and trans-national development of enterprises,
enterprise management has entered a new era. Domestic enterprises suffer from the
competition of similar enterprises from various countries, the market scope is
constantly expanding, market opportunities will increase, but market risks will follow.
At present, the gap between domestic enterprises and world-class enterprises does not
lie in the hardware gap, but in the management concept and basic management
difference. Lean manufacturing is a modern manufacturing enterprise of theory with
practice research is relatively advanced and efficient production management mode, its
core is to establish a high efficient production operation system to reduce or even avoid
the waste of all isn't worth when, aims to improve the efficiency of enterprise
production, reduce production cost, and improve enterprise core competitiveness. Lean
production is an effective way to solve the development dilemma faced by enterprises.
It has been 26 years since the establishment and development of ZM Company.
With the accelerating pace of development of the company, the scale of the company is
also expanding, but the adverse costs in the operation of the company are also
increasing year by year, which is a common problem in some small and medium-sized
enterprises at present: Backward management concept, lack of innovation, cultural
level is generally low, poor execution, such as poor skill levels and the basic
management is weak, ZM company if not timely take effective measures to improve,
will lead to the increase of the enterprise production cost of low efficiency, poor, serious
impact on the pace of enterprise development, and even survival threat. In this paper,
through the study and master relevant theory and method of lean production to find ZM
company currently there existing in production management, poor management level
of 6 s not deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, equipment, management foundation
