近年来,在全球经济增速下滑和周期性金融危机频繁冲击和疫情的多重影响下,耐
火材料行业竞争日趋激烈,这无疑对供应链管理提出了更高的要求,尤其是供应链管理
中的订单管理分支更是企业竞争中获胜的重中之重,原有的简单粗犷式的供应链管理已
经无法适应现代企业的生存及发展环境,更不能为企业保持持久的竞争力作出有力的支
持和保障,更起不到护城河的作用。为此,本文以外商独资的耐火材料企业R公司为例,
对供应链及相关业务尚需提高的部分及其管理的相关问题进行较为深入地研究,以期为
R公司及其它企业构建新型的集成化的供应链管理体系提供借鉴。
本文一共分为五章,主要内容如下:第一章为绪论,主要陈述研究的问题和研究的
意义所在,同时还介绍本文研究的框架。第二章为企业问题陈述,从R公司的日常经营
情况入手,对其目前的发展现状进行分析,识别并提出四个主要问题,分别是:原材料
及制品库存过多、系统信息准确性不足、供应链团队协同性不足、疫情期间交货延迟率
较高。第三章为原因分析,通过供应链协同理论的分析得出R公司经营业务中问题产生
的原因,分别为:需求数据信息不准确、缺乏对系统信息的协同、供应链部门缺乏集成
规划、与供应商之间的协同欠缺。第四章为解决方案,优化企业供应链管理乃至整体经
营状况, 提高企业核心竞争能力,为R公司以及其他同类公司的供应链优化,尤其是订
单管理相关流程、管理理念、数据化程度的优化,提出了很好的参考。第五章为实施保
障措施。从人员、KPI、项目组启动支持等三方面提出了建议保证措施,旨在落实、推
进和监督改善计划的有效执行。
本文选取耐火材料外商独资公司 R 公司的供应链下属的订单管理中心作为典型案
例,运用供应链协同理论分析R公司的订单管理问题,可以为R公司下一步完善供应链
管理提供指导,也可以为同类公司的供应链管理及转型提供普遍性的借鉴。

Case Study on the Supply Chain Order Management of R Company
Abstract
In recent years, under the multiple impacts of the global economic slowdown, the frequent
impact of cyclical financial crises and the COVID-19, the competition in the refractory
industry has become increasingly fierce, which undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements
for supply chain management. What is more, order management as an embranchment of SCM
is the most important part to win in the competition among enterprises. The original simple and
rough supply chain management has been unable to adapt to the survival and development
environment of modern enterprises, nor can it provide strong support and guarantee for
enterprises to maintain lasting competitiveness, nor can it play the role of moat. Therefore, this
dissertation takes R Company, a foreign-owned refractory material enterprise, as an example to
deeply study the parts of supply chain and related businesses that need to be improved and
related issues of management, in order to provide reference for R Company and other
enterprises to build up a new integrated supply chain management system.
This dissertation is divided into five chapters. The main contents of each chapter are as
follows: Chapter one is the introduction, which mainly states the research problems and
significance, and also introduces the research framework of this dissertation. The second
chapter is a statement of corporate problems. Starting from the daily operation of R Company, it
analyzes its current development status and identifies and puts forward four major problems,
including excessive inventory of raw materials and products, insufficient accuracy of system
information, insufficient coordination of supply chain team, and high delivery delay rate during
the epidemic period. The third chapter is the cause analysis. Through the analysis of the supply
chain synergy theory, the reasons for the problems in R company's business operation are
concluded as follows: inaccurate demand data information, lack of coordination of system
information, lack of integrated planning of supply chain departments, and lack of coordination
with suppliers. The fourth chapter is the solution to optimize the enterprise supply chain
management and even the overall operation condition, improve the core competitiveness of the
enterprise, and put forward a good reference for the supply chain optimization of R company
and other similar companies, especially the optimization of order management related process,
management concept and data degree. Chapter five is the implementation of safeguard
measures. In order to implement, promote and supervise the effective implementation of the

improvement plan, suggestions and guarantee measures are put forward from the aspects of
personnel, KPI and project team start-up support.
This dissertation selects the order management center under the supply chain of R
Company as a typical case and use the supply chain synergy theory to analyze the order
management problem of R Company, which can provide guidance for R Company to improve
its supply chain management in the next step and can also provide universal reference for the
supply chain management and transformation of similar companies.
