摘
要
供应链金融业务的核心就是通过供应链金融平台将供应链中的上下游企业、核心企
业以及物流企业等连接在一起,为供应链上下游的客户提供方便快捷的信贷金融服务的
一种业务模式。随着信息技术的变革和全球一体化进程的加快,经济竞争的模式不断发
生着变化,供应链中的企业逐步从线下走向线上,客观上促进了供应链金融业务的快速
发展。传统的供应链金融以商业银行或资金提供方为核心,但随着信息化的不断推进,
以供应链核心企业为主体的基于互联网的一体化供应链金融模式应孕而生。越来越多企
业都搭建了自己的供应链金融平台,通过供应链金融业务开发新的利润增长点。本文研
究的主要内容是 D 集团公司供应链金融业务优化策略,希望能够在现有市场竞争环境
下使 D集团公司全面整合资源,借助供应链金融业务进一步发挥核心企业优势,打造综
合性供应链金融平台,实现 D集团公司战略转型,为 D集团公司经营发展提供帮助。
D集团公司近几年发展迅速,业务范围涵盖煤炭贸易、钢材贸易、特色产业园区建
立与运营等等,D集团公司凭借物流、信息流、资金流于一身的特点和煤炭行业的专业
优势,在供应链金融业务中发挥着重要作用,同时也创造了新的利润增长点。D集团公
司应该牢牢把握产业链内中小企业的融资需求、商业银行传统业务转型的机会,积极应
对市场竞争。目前 D集团公司供应链金融所面临的机遇与挑战都非常明显,包括设施重
复建设、业务存在冲突、规模效应尚未发挥、市场竞争优势较差。结合问题及原因,本
文提出了 D集团公司供应链金融发展策略,包括分布实施供应链金融的发展战略、积极
优化供应链金融的管理组织、利用金融科技创新实现信用变现、引进优质股权投资提高
平台影响,使 D集团公司供应链金融发展获得新的机会。
本文通过对 D 集团公司供应链金融业务遇到的问题进行分析并提出相应的优化策
略,能够使 D集团公司实现供应链内资源的充分整合,将产业链条内的上下游企业进行
精细化管理,对 D集团公司经营发展产生的促进作用比较明,D集团公司也能够进一步
控制供应链金融业务风险,使供应链金融业务能够成为提高 D 集团公司市场竞争力的
重要工具,所以本文研究对 D集团公司是具有一定现实意义的。

Optimization Strategy of Supply Chain Financial Business of D
Group Company
Abstract
The core of supply chain finance business is a business model that connects upstream and
downstream companies, core companies, and logistics companies in the supply chain through
the supply chain finance platform, and provides convenient and fast credit financial services for
customers upstream and downstream of the supply chain. With the transformation of
information technology and the acceleration of global integration, the mode of economic
competition is constantly changing. Enterprises in the supply chain are gradually moving from
offline to online, which objectively promotes the rapid development of supply chain financial
services.The traditional supply chain financing model concentrates on the banks as the core
participant to provide financing service to the whole supply chain companies. However, with
the development of the information industry, the traditional supply chain financing model is
facing great improvement, whuch will focus more on the core company of the supply chain
instead of the banks. More and more companies have built their own supply chain finance
platforms to develop new profit growth points through the supply chain finance business. The
main content of this thesis is the optimization strategy of D Group Company’s supply chain
finance business. It is hoped that under the existing market competition environment, D Group
can fully integrate resources, and with the help of supply chain finance business to further utilize
its core corporate advantages and create comprehensive supply chain finance. Platform to
realize the strategic transformation of D Group Company and provide assistance for D Group
Company’s business development.
D Group Company has developed rapidly in recent years, and its business scope covers
coal trade, steel trade, establishment and operation of characteristic industrial parks, etc. D
Group Company relies on the characteristics of logistics, information flow, capital flow and the
professional advantages of the coal industry. It plays an important role in the supply chain
finance business, while also creating new profit growth points. D Group Company should
firmly grasp the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial chain
Commercial banks have the opportunity of traditional business transformation and actively
respond to market competition. However, there are also problems in the development of supply
chain finance, including repeated redundant construction of facilities, redundant conflict in
business, scale effect has not been brought into play, and poor market competitive advantage.
Combined with the problems and reasons, this thesis puts forward the development strategy of

supply chain finance of D Group Company, including the distributed implementation of the
development strategy of supply chain finance, actively optimizing the management
organization of supply chain finance, using financial technology innovation to realize credit
realization, introducing high-quality equity investment and improving the impact of the
platform, so as to obtain new opportunities for the development of supply chain finance of D
Group Company.
This thesis analyzes the the problems encountered by D Group Company’s supply chain
finance business and proposes corresponding optimization strategies, which can enable D
Group to realize the full integration of resources in the supply chain and carry out refined
management of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain. The promotion of
D Group Company’s business development is relatively clear. D Group Conpany can also
further control the risks of supply chain finance business so that the supply chain finance
business can become an important tool to improve D Group’s market competitiveness. The
company has certain practical significance.
