摘要
改革开放以来,中国企业取得了举世瞩目的成绩,为世界经济发展做出了
巨大贡献。随着几代企业家把企业做大做强后,逐渐意识到保持企业核心竞争
力的重要性,由此很多企业逐渐把非核心业务外包和剥离出去,为了保证供应
商按时保质保量的完成合格产品的交付,供应商质量管理业务日益得到企业的
重视。供应商质量管理是全面质量管理体系在企业管理中的重要一环,它是以
提高企业采购零部件的一次送检合格率,提升零部件供货时效性,降低采购零
部件生产成本为目的,运用质量管理体系管理工具,从零部件设计验证,首件
试生产,首轮验证,功性能测试,小批量生产,批量验证,量产等各个环节中
搭建起企业与供应商的沟通桥梁,解决产品开发过程中遇到的各种问题。
本文以 FT汽车供应商质量管理业务为例,运用质量管理五大工具,将物
联网技术应用到供应商质量管理业务中去,对长期困扰整车及零部件企业的浪
费问题进行分析研究,解决企业质量管理体系的流程文件无法有效指导实际生
产的困扰。首先,通过产品先期质量策划(Advanced Product Quality Planning
简称 APQP)电子流程化、潜在失效模式分析(Failure Mode and Effects
Analysis简称 FMEA)的平台化管理,提高企业和供应商同步开发的效率。其
次,通过生产资料的数据化采集,优化过程能力研究(Statistical Process Control
简称 SPC)和测量系统分析(Measurement Systems Analysis简称 MSA)对供应
商生产过程能力的评价过程,并将人员、生产设备、物料信息、作业方法与环
境、检测手段与结果等通过物联网技术收集和传输到智能终端,实现生产过程
的智能化管理。再次,使用生产件批准程序(Production Part Approval Process
简称 PPAP)验证供应商批量生产符合性,实现质量管理活动的信息化呈现。最
终,将供应商的质量活动数据与企业需求信息同享,达到消除浪费,提高生产
效率,降低成本的目的。
希望上述研究对其它汽车厂的供应商质量管理体系改善和提升有所借鉴。

Since the reform and opening up, Chinese enterprises have made remarkable
achievements and made great contributions to the development of the world economy.
After several generations of entrepreneurs have made enterprises bigger and stronger,
they gradually realize the importance of maintaining the core competitiveness of
enterprises. As a result, many enterprises gradually outsource and peel off their non
core business. In order to ensure that suppliers can complete the delivery of qualified
products with quality and quantity on time, the quality management business of
suppliers is increasingly valued by enterprises. Supplier quality management is an
important part of total quality management system in enterprise management. It aims
to improve the one-time inspection qualification rate of purchased parts, improve the
timeliness of parts supply, and reduce the production cost of purchased parts. By
using quality management system management tools, it starts from parts design
verification, first article trial production, first round verification, performance test, and
small batch production In the process of mass production, batch verification, mass
production and other links, the communication bridge between enterprises and
suppliers is built to solve various problems encountered in the process of product
development.
In this article, the FT auto supplier quality management business as an example,
according to the requirements of total quality management system, using PDCA
method, using five quality management tools. The Internet of things technology is
applied to the supplier quality management business to analyze and study the eight
major waste problems that have plagued the vehicle and parts enterprises for a long
time, so as to solve the problem that the process documents of the enterprise quality
management system can not effectively guide the actual production. First of all,
through the electronic process of advanced product quality planning (APQP) and the
platform management of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), the efficiency of
synchronous development between enterprises and suppliers can be improved.
Secondly, through the data collection of means of production, statistical process
control (SPC) and measurement systems analysis MSA (short for MSA) is the
evaluation process of the supplier's product production process capability, and collects
and transmits the personnel, production equipment, material information, operation
method and environment, detection means and results to the intelligent terminal
