摘要
增强创新研发能力，推进高新技术企业发展，培育经济持续增长的新动能，是当前
以及今后一个时期内我国经济社会发展的重要任务。随着科学技术日新月异的进步，研
发水平的高低逐渐成为企业核心竞争力形成过程中的一个重要指标。通过提高研发投入
的高效率，增强高新技术企业的创新研发能力，进而加强企业的核心竞争能力，对促进
企业的成长性，实现企业的可持续长远发展具有重要意义。
本文首先对研发投入与企业成长性的相关概念与内涵进行了界定，明确企业成长性
的评价方法，引入了技术创新理论、信息传递理论、核心竞争力理论以及研发投入强度
理论与溢出效应作为理论支持，并阐述研发投入对企业成长性的影响机理。其次，对 JDW
公司的研发活动开展与公司发展现状进行了分析，包括 JDW公司的经营特征和经营环
境分析、研发投入与产出状况分析、成长性现状分析。最后，对 JDW公司研发投入与
企业成长性的关系进行了具体分析。
研究结果表明：第一，JDW公司的研发投入对企业成长性有明显的积极作用；第
二，JDW公司持续的研发投入是其获得核心竞争力的关键；第三， JDW公司的研发活
动中仍存在诸多问题，包括研发渠道过于单一、研发人员管理机制不完善、研发费用的
部分财务核算不规范等。针对这些问题，本文对 JDW公司的研发活动提出了以下建议：
第一，扩展研发渠道；第二，规范研发管理机制；第三，规范企业的财务会计核算。

ABSTRACT
China's economic and social development will strengthen innovation and development,
promote the development of new and high-tech enterprises, and foster new drivers of sustained
economic growth. With the rapid progress of science and technology, the level of research and
development has gradually become an important indicator in the formation process of the core
competitiveness of enterprises. Through targeted and efficient research and development
investment, to enhance the innovation and research and development ability of high-tech
enterprises, and then to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises, it is of great
significance to improve the growth of enterprises and realize the sustainable and long-term
development of enterprises.
This thesis first defines the R&D investment and enterprise growth related concept and
connotation, clear the enterprise growth evaluation method, introduced the technology
innovation theory, information transmission theory, core competitiveness theory and R&D
investment strength theory and spillover effect as theoretical support, and briefly expounds the
influence of R&D investment on enterprise growth mechanism. Secondly, the R&D activities
of JDW company and the development status of the company were analyzed, including the
analysis of JDW company's operating characteristics and operating environment, R&D input
and output status analysis, and growth status analysis. Finally, the relationship between JDW
R&D investment and enterprise growth is specifically analyzed.
The research results show that: firstly, JDW R&D investment and its growth; secondly,
JDW is the key to its core competitiveness; thirdly, JDW activities, including too single R&D
channels, imperfect R&D management mechanism, and irregular financial accounting for
R&D expenses. In view of these problems, this thesis puts forward the following suggestions
for JDW company's R&D activities: first of all, expand the R&D channels; furthermore,
standardize the R&D management mechanism; finally, standardize the financial accounting of
enterprises.
