摘要
液晶面板产业发展曾被列入国家 863项目；我国对液晶面板产业创新给予
了大力支持。HN公司在这样的大背景下孕育而生，为液晶面板厂商提供需要
的 CF型玻璃。
本文以 HN公司 CF型玻璃包装质量管理为研究对象，通过实地调查和统
计分析，得到了 CF型玻璃在包装过程、包装原材料管理、设备维护保养方面
存在的质量问题和原因。其中的主要原因有包装过程质量管理不善，同时质量
风险不清晰；原材料和供应商管理不完善；设备维护保养存在缺失等。针对存
在的问题和原因，运用 PFMEA和 SPC，提出了包装过程质量改进方案，包括
通过 PFMEA识别过程风险、完善 SPC统计过程控制系统、建立培训和认证体
系、建立质量绩效体系；运用工程设计和 SPC统计过程控制系统，提出了包装
原材料问题质量改进方案，包括建立库房间隔纸保障方案和完善供应商管理体
系；运用 TPM管理和 5S管理，提出了包装设备维护保养问题质量改进方案，
包括建立包装设备管理清单、设备月度维护管理流程、设备 5S管理。为保证
这些方案的有效实施，从成立专项项目小组、监督制度、质量激励制度等方面
提出了保障措施。最后从包装过程质量改进、包装原材料质量管理改进、包装
设备维护保养管理改进等方面对提出的方案进行了实施效果评估。
本论文从 HN公司发展和运营的实际情况出发，对包装过程的质量问题进
行实地调查和统计分析，找出影响 HN公司包装质量的深层次原因。主要原因
有包装过程质量管理不善，同时质量风险不清晰；原材料和供应商管理不完善；
设备维护保养存在缺失等。针对这些原因，本论文通过运用企业运营管理中理
论方法并结合企业实际情况，给出了相应的管理改进方案。通过 PFMEA、SPC
来完善过程质量管理和风险识别，并加强人员培训。通过工程改进和加强供应
商评价制度，加强对原材料和供应商管理。通过执行 TPM管理和 5S宣传，完
善包装设备的维护保养管理系统。为保证这些方案能具体实施，公司施行项目
指标领导层负责制，确保各部门协调一致，为公司包装过程质量的提高保驾护
航。
本文提出的改进方案和实施保障措施从产品质量提升、成本减低、客户满
意度提升三个方面给 HN公司带来改善。本文的研究成果可为液晶面板生产企
业的质量管理工作提供借鉴作用。

Abstract
LCD panel industry development has been listed in the National 863 project;
China has given strong support to the innovation of LCD panel industry. HN
company was born in this background, providing CF type glass for LCD panel
manufacturers.
In this dissertation, the CF glass packaging quality management of HN
company is taken as the research object. Through on site survey and statistical
analysis, the problems are the quality issues of CF glass in packaging process,
packaging raw material management and equipment maintenance. The main reasons
are poor quality management in packaging process and unclear quality risk,
imperfect management of raw materials and suppliers, lack of equipment
maintenance. In view of the existing problems and reasons, using PFMEA and SPC,
the quality improvement scheme of packaging process was put forward, including
identifying process risks through PFMEA and improving SPC statistical process
control system, establish training and certification system, establish quality
performance system. By using the engineering design and SPC statistical process
control system, the quality improvement scheme of packaging raw materials was put
forward, including the establishment of paper separation scheme in warehouse room
and the improvement of supplier management system. By using the engineering

proposed safeguards. Finally, the implementation effect of the proposed scheme is
evaluated from the aspects of packaging process quality improvement, packaging
raw material quality management improvement and packaging equipment
maintenance management improvement. Based on the actual situation of the
development and operation of HN company, this paper conducts field investigation
