R财产保险公司绩效考核体系优化研究
摘要
近年来,我国民众保险意识越来越强,国内保险行业市场需求的增幅越来
越快,金融系统的监管要求不断加强,国内保险公司要想在外资保险企业陆续
进驻的激烈的市场化竞争中占据有利态势,必须大力发展自身的核心竞争力,
企业实现战略目标就需要一套科学有效的绩效考核体系来帮助。以R财产保险
公司为例,R财产保险公司做为与共和国同生共长的保险央企,见证着中国保
险业的发展,受体制所限及市场经济的不断冲击,R财产保险公司市场经营面
临的挑战不断加剧,以完成基本战略目标为基准的绩效考核体系革新迫在眉睫。
首先,本文在明确国内外研究成果基础上,对相关概念和理论进行概述。
对R财产保险公司基本情况进行简要概述,明确其绩效考核体系的现状。
之后,本文通过问卷调查的方式对R财产保险公司绩效考核体系存在的问
题调查和分析。调查结果表明,虽然R财产保险公司在绩效考核体系方面取得
一定成效,但在考核体制、考核指标、沟通反馈、考核结果应用等方面还存在
诸多的问题。究其原因主要是重视不足、缺乏绩效考核体系和制度、部门职能
缺失、沟通培训不到位和监管制度缺失等,这使得R财产保险公司员工的工作
积极性持续降低,对促进公司的健康可持续发展产生极其不利的影响。
再次,本文首先明确R财产保险公司绩效考核体系优化的目标、原则以及
前期准备工作,并从制度、指标、结果应用、沟通反馈等方面对其绩效考核体
系进行了优化,同时对优化后的绩效考核体系进行效果评估。另外,本文组织
层面、制度层面、人员层面及经费层面资提出了对R财产保险公司绩效考核体
系优化设计的实施保障举措。
最后,根据本文的研究结果总结本文的主要结论及贡献,并对研究的不足
之处加以说明,展望未来研究方向。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the people’s insurance awareness in my country has become
stronger, the domestic insurance industry ’ s market demand has grown faster and
faster, and the financial system’s regulatory requirements have been continuously
strengthened. Domestic insurance companies have to compete in the market
competition foreign insurance companies continue to enter. To occupy a favorable
situation, it is necessary to vigorously develop its own core competitiveness, which
require company to appraisal system to help companies achieve strategic goals. Take
R Property Insurance Company as an example. R Property Insurance Company, as
an insurance central enterprise that grows and grows with the Republic, has
witnessed the development of China’s insurance industry, limited by the acceptance
system and the continuous impact of the market economy. R Property Insurance
Company’s market operations are facing Challenges continue to intensify, and the
reform of the performance appraisal system based on the completion of basic
strategic goals is imminent.
First of all, this article outlines related concepts and theories on the basis of
clarifying research results at home and abroad. Briefly summarize the basic situation
of R Property Insurance Company, and clarify the status quo of its performance
appraisal system.
After that, this article investigates and analyzes the problems existing in the
performance appraisal system of R property insurance company through
questionnaire survey. The survey results show that although R property insurance
company has made certain achievements in the performance appraisal system, there
are still many problems in performance appraisal indicators, performance
communication feedback, and performance appraisal results application. The main
reasons are insufficient attention, lack of performance appraisal system and system,
lack of departmental functions, inadequate communication and training, and lack of
supervision system, etc. This makes R property insurance company employees'
enthusiasm for work continued to decrease, which contributes to the promotion of
