北创公司融资问题研究
——基于供应链金融视角
摘要
随着国家多项关于供应链金融政策的推进落实，供应链金融业务
在中小企业中得到了推广及运用。供应链金融目前发展迅速，结合互
联网技术，已经从传统的线下模式发展成为线上操作模式，并且引入
了区块链、人工智能等新型科技技术作为支撑。通过供应链金融改善
企业供应链管理环境，拓展融资渠道是未来解决我国中小企业融资问
题的主要研究方向。
本文选取北创公司作为研究案例，从供应链金融发展现状、北创
公司的融资现状收入，剖析北创公司面临的实际问题和问题成因，并
将供应链金融理论、企业融资理论，构建博弈模型等作为出发点分析
研究了北创公司供应链融资方案，为解决当下中小型环保制造企业的
融资问题给出方案。本文将按照以下思路开展本文的相关研究：首先，
通过整理国内外学者关于供应链金融及其相关的操作模式和风险管理
的研究成果，确定本文的研究方法、研究内容；然后，梳理企业融资
理论和博弈论理论等相关理论并合理运用，奠定了研究本文的理论基
础；其次，深入分析北创公司的融资现状，发现北创公司的融资方式
存在的诸多问题，并根据相关融资理论结合北创公司现状，找出问题
的原因；构建博弈模型，运用博弈模型对供应链金融模式对北创公司
的实用性和有效性做了一个论证；最后，分析北创公司的上下游供应
链关系，由于北创公司的上游核心企业为央企上市公司，处于绝对强
势地位，因此否决了与核心企业合作的方案。并转换思路，以北创公
司为核心企，与其下游经销商开展供应链融资合作，为北创公司设计

了合适的融资方案。希望能够帮助北创公司解决其融资成本高、融资
风险无法得到有效控制、融资渠道单一的现状。
随着中小企业的融资问题越来越受到关注，但真正能在中小企业
融资中起到有效作用的方式却很少。本文通过研究北创公司融资问题，
并利用博弈模型定量分析的研究方式，认为在目前的企业融资方式中，
供应链金融可以比较有效的帮助其改善融资问题。因此，帮助中小企
业找准自己在供应链中的定位，合理设计供应链金融模式，使其达到
符合供应链金融实施的要求就十分重要。本文通过对北创公司融资问
题的研究，希望尽可能让更多中小企业，认识到供应链金融这种融资
模式的的优势并加以运用，对我国供应链金融的发展及完善尽一些绵
薄之力。

ABSTRACT
With the implementation of a number of national policies on supply
chain finance, supply chain finance has been popularized in the field of
small and medium-sized enterprises. Supply chain finance has developed
rapidly at present. Combined with Internet technology, it has developed
from the traditional offline mode to the online operation mode, and
introduced new technology such as block chain and artificial intelligence as
the support. Supply chain finance not only widens the financing channels
of enterprises, reduce the financing cost of the company, and improve the
supply chain management environment of the company through supply
chain finance, and expand the scale of production and operation of the
company, which is the main research direction to solve the financing
problem of my country's SMEs.
This paper selects Beichuang company as a case study, this article
selects north from supply chain finance development present situation, the
north and the company's financing present situation of income, analyze the
north gen company facing the actual problems and causes, and based on the
theory of supply chain finance, corporate finance theory. This article will
carry out the relevant research of this article according to the following
ideas: Firstly, by collating the research results of domestic and foreign
scholars on supply chain finance and related operation modes and risk
