近些年,“互联网+餐饮”融合创新的步伐在不断加快,餐饮企业积极运用信息化
系统不断提升企业经营竞争力。H餐饮集团公司若想保持自身的市场竞争力,需优化原
有管理流程,提升管理层水平,合理分配公司的各项有限资源,使之可以做出更加科学
严谨的战略决策,建设且优化公司的信息系统将是满足公司适应时代潮流发展的动力源
泉。
本文通过对餐饮行业环境介绍,H餐饮集团公司目前的发展现状、公司行政组织架
构、公司正在使用的信息系统的情况进行详细总结,对可以优化的信息系统进行详细的
分析,使用信息化的规划方法对原有信息系统进行迭代完善以适应互联网时代发展的需
要。另外,根据集团公司对未来发展的战略规划,从公司内部和外部需求者的角度出发,
采用Z字采集法和Y模型方法对系统需求的功能性进行收集整理,依据相关整理资料对
需要采购及开发的信息系统进行评估、选型、开发,以此确立信息系统的最优化的解决
方案,同时邀请相关业务部门参与到信息系统项目中,协同进行流程的优化、系统样例
的书写、系统测试、反馈、培训档案的整理等工作,保证公司的信息系统准时准确的交
付使用。
未来的发展是多元化,H餐饮集团公司在互联网+时代的信息系统需要不断地迭代以
全面适应时代的发展,以信息技术驱动数据,数据驱动管理,数据驱动营销,线上线下
融合,以此支持集团公司的战略规划发展,并给与集团公司数据中心系统实施保障的建
议。

Research on Information System Planning of H Catering Group
Abstract
In recent years, the pace of integration and innovation of Internet plus catering is
accelerating. Catering enterprises actively use information system to enhance their
competitiveness. If H catering group wants to maintain its market competitiveness, it needs to
optimize the original management process, improve the management level, reasonably
allocate the company's limited resources, so that it can make more scientific and rigorous
strategic decisions. Building and optimizing the company's information system will be the
power source for the company to adapt to the trend of the times.
By introducing the environment of the catering industry, the current development status
of H catering group company, the company's administrative organization structure and the
information system being used by the company, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the
information system that can be optimized, and uses the information planning method to
iteratively improve the original information system to meet the needs of the development of
the Internet era. In addition, according to the strategic planning of the group company for
future development, from the perspective of internal and external demanders of the company,
the z-word acquisition method and Y-model method are used to collect and sort out the
functionality of system requirements, and the information systems to be purchased and
developed are evaluated, selected and developed according to the relevant sorting data, so as
to establish the optimal solution of the information system, At the same time, relevant
business departments are invited to participate in the information system project to cooperate
in process optimization, system sample writing, system testing, feedback, training file sorting
and other work, so as to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the company's information
system.
The future development is diversified. H catering group's information system in the
Internet plus era needs continuous iteration to fully adapt to the development of the times,
driven by information technology, data driven management, data driven marketing, online and
offline integration, so as to support the strategic planning and development of the group
company, and to give suggestions for the implementation of the data center system of the
group.
