随着经济全球化和信息革命的飞速发展,企业之间竞争日益激烈。如何进一
步提升产品质量,是否能在市场竞争中占到一席之地,已成为企业发展战略的核
心问题,它不仅关系到产品质量的提升,而且关系到企业的生存与发展。 X公司
为传统制造型企业,其压铸制品质量问题日渐突出。本文旨在研究 X公司的压
铸质量管理问题,分析改进方案,具有很强的现实意义。
本文梳理了目前质量管理方面的相关研究资料,介绍了 X公司质量体系和
压铸车间质量管理现状,深入分析了目前存在的问题,发现如何提前预防压铸质
量问题的发生是目前 X公司亟待解决的问题。本文以 EI154箱体为研究对象,
运用 FMEA工具分析压铸制品的失效模式及发生的原因机理,评价了现行控制
措施,针对高风险项目,提出了降低风险值的多项具体措施。通过对策实施,有
效提高了 EI154箱体在批量生产时的良品率,避免了失效的发生,降低了不良成
本损失。最后,提出了 X公司压铸质量管理进行持续改善的保障措施。
本文针对目前 FMEA评价体系仅适用于整车的问题,重新制定了严重度
(S)、频度( O)和探测度( D)关于压铸制品的评价标准。在考虑对策方案
时,对于识别出的高风险项目,采用新技术、新方法、变更设计流程等多方面措
施来降低风险值。通过 FMEA在 X公司的应用,证明了 FMEA是一种可靠性分
析工具,它可以提前发现过程中的风险,通过采取措施消除或减少风险发生的可
能性,从而避免发生问题后产生的巨额损失。

With the rapid development of economic globalization and information
revolution,competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.How to
further improve product quality and whether you have a place in the market
competition have become the core problem of enterprise development strategy.It is
not only related to the improvement of product quality,but also related to the survival
and development of enterprises. X company is a traditional manufacturing
enterprise, and the quality problems of die-casting products are becoming
increasingly prominent.This paper aims to explore the quality management problems
of die casting products of X company and analyze the improvement plan,which has
strong practical significance.
This paper summarizes the relevant research on quality management,and
introduces the quality system of X company and the quality management status of die
casting workshop,then deeply analyzes the existing problems,and finds that how to
prevent the occurrence of die-casting quality problems in advance is the urgent
problem to be solved by X company at present.This paper takes EI154 box as the
research object,analyzes the failure mode and the cause mechanism of die casting
products by using FMEA,then evaluates the current control measures,and puts
forward several specific measures to reduce the risk value for high risk
projects.Through the implementation of countermeasures,the yield of EI154 box in
batch production is effectively improved,the occurrence of failure is avoided,and
the loss of bad cost is reduced.Finally,the guarantee measures for continuous
improvement of die casting quality management in X company are put forward.
In view of the problem that the current FMEA evaluation system is only
applicable to the whole vehicle,the evaluation criteria of severity (S),occurrence (O)
and detection (D) for die casting products are reformulated in this paper.When
considering countermeasures,new technologies,new methods,design process
changes and other measures are adopted to reduce the risk value for identified high-
risk projects.Through the application of FMEA in X company,it proves that FMEA
is a reliability analysis tool.It can find the risks in the process in advance and take
measures to eliminate or reduce the possibility of risks,so as to avoid huge losses
after problems occur.
