随着人民群众健康保健意识的提高,健康体检作为一种关于健康的新型消费方式
应运而生,由此这一行业得到了迅猛的发展,这不仅给企业带来了很好的发展机遇,
同时也带来了同行间激烈的竞争。在当今知识经济的时代背景下,企业竞争的核心是
人才的竞争,特别是在新冠肺炎疫情的影响下,石家庄市 Y健康体检管理公司面临着
自身经营和人才保留两方面的压力。公司的业务范畴属于服务业,市场竞争激烈,只
有拥有高技术人才和高质量的服务才能使企业得到长足发展,这就必然需要提高员工
的满意度,从而留住人才和吸引人才。所以,企业员工满意度研究成为了我们必须深
入探讨研究的一个课题。
本文的研究对象是石家庄市 Y健康体检管理公司全体员工,采用访谈和调查问卷
的方式了解员工满意度现状。根据员工满意度影响因素相关文献内容,结合访谈结果
将影响员工满意度的各项因素分为工作本身、工作回报与发展、领导管理、工作环境、
组织氛围和企业整体六个维度,然后进行了问卷调查,所得到的调查问卷数据通过
SPSS软件进行了描述性分析、差异性分析以及相关性分析。
通过本次满意度调查研究表明,Y健康体检管理公司员工满意度总体较低。在问
卷的六大维度中,得分最低的是工作回报与发展维度;在差异性上,女性员工满意度
普遍高于男性员工;在相关性上,六大维度与员工整体满意度均表现出正相关,并且
工作回报与发展、领导管理和组织氛围三个维度对整体员工满意度的影响较大。最后,
提出 Y健康体检管理公司提高员工满意度的对策建议,主要有优化薪酬福利机制、注
重人才职业发展管理、建立畅通的沟通渠道、加强对团队凝聚力的培养、营造以人为
本的企业文化等方面。

Abstract
With the improvement of people's awareness of health care, as a new business related
to health, health check-up management emerged at the right moment. This booming
business brings enterprises a good opportunity for development, and meanwhile fierce
competition.In knowledge economy age,the key of competition among enterprises relies on
the competition for talents. Especially In the wake of COVID-19 epidemic, Y Health
Check-up Management Company in Shijiazhuang is under the pressure of operation and
talent retention.The company’s scope of business belongs to the service industry, which is
highly competitive. Only with high-tech talents and high-quality services can the company
gain long-term development. Therefore, it is necessary to improve employee satisfaction to
retain and attract talents. Consequently, study of employee satisfaction has become a topic
which needs further discussion and research .
The research object of this paper is all the employees of Y Health Check-up
Management Company in Shijiazhuang. Interviews and questionnaires are adopted to learn
about the current situation of employee satisfaction. Based on the literature relevant to the
influencing factors of employee satisfaction, and according to the interview report,
influencing factors of employee satisfaction were classified into six dimensions: work itself,
remuneration and career prospect, leadership and management, working condition,
organizational climate and the enterprise as a whole. Then a questionnaire survey was
conducted. Based on the questionnaire data obtained, descriptive analysis, differential
analysis and correlational analysis were carried out through SPSS software.
The survey shows that employee satisfaction in Y Health Check-up Management
Company is generally low. Among six dimensions of the questionnaire, dimension of
remuneration and career prospect scores lowest; In terms of difference, female employees
are generally more satisfied than male. In terms of correlation, all the six dimensions
display positive correlation with the overall employee satisfaction. In addition, the
dimensions of remuneration and career prospect, leadership and management , and
organizational climate have a great impact on the overall employee satisfaction. Finally, the
paper put forwards some countermeasures and suggestions for Y Health Check-up
