大数据时代涌现出多种先进技术手段,云计算作为其中的一种信息技术,不管是
技术方法还是经营模式都给各个领域带来创新。虚拟技术将分散技术集中共享,提升
资源利用效率,并行计算、分布式存储等提高计算速率,满足大数据时代需求,按需
索取、租用设施等降低企业信息化门槛。当前,工程造价行业信息化进程中存在共享
率低、信息价值挖掘不充分等问题,云计算可为此部分问题提供解决方案,因而在工
程造价领域引入云计算是时代与行业发展的必要要求。
本研究旨在探究云计算技术在工程造价管理中的应用,并以实例说明云计算技术
在工程计量与计价应用方面的优势。首先对国内外学者关于云计算在造价管理领域的
运用进行梳理,提炼出学者们代表性观点,指出造价管理领域引入云计算技术的迫切
性,对国内外云计算技术应用情况进行分析;其次从工程造价管理、工程造价信息、
云计算的概念进行界定,并从特点、部署方式、服务模式等方面对云计算技术进行全
面介绍,为研究奠定理论基础;再次,从工程计量与计价两个维度出发,选择工程量、
消耗量系数、单价作为研究对象,分析工程构造要素与云计算技术的融合,并从造价
管理需求、云平台整体架构、功能设计、平台部署、数据库设计等方面提出基于云计
算的造价管理云平台构建路径;最后,通过制药洁净系统具体案例说明云计算平台在
项目造价管理中的具体应用。
本研究聚焦于云计算的工程造价管理系统,结合制药建筑领域实际案例,探究云
计算系统在造价管理中的具体运用。研究引入了制药洁净系统的造价管理,在研究内
容方面具有一定创新性。同时,研究成果能够为制药建筑领域的工程造价管理信息化
提供有益参考,也有助于推进云计算技术在工程造价管理领域的应用。

Abstract
In the era of big data, a variety of advanced technologies have emerged. Cloud
computing, as one of the information technology, cloud computing brings innovation in
both technical methods and business models to various fields. Virtual technology will
centralize the sharing of decentralized technologies, improve the efficiency of resource
utilization, improve parallel computing, distributed storage and other computing rate, meet
the needs of the era of big data, and reduce the informatization threshold of enterprises by
obtaining and renting facilities as needed. At present, there are problems such as low
sharing rate and insufficient information value mining, etc. Cloud computing can provide
solutions to some problems. Therefore, the introduction of cloud computing in the field of
engineering cost is a necessary requirement of the development of the Times and the
industry.
This study aims to explore the application of cloud computing technology in
engineering cost management, and to illustrate the advantages of cloud computing
technology in engineering measurement and valuation application.First of all, the

This study focuses on the engineering cost management system of cloud computing,
combined with the actual cases of the pharmaceutical construction field, to explore the
specific application of the cloud computing system in the cost management.The research
