摘要
企业文化管理是现代企业生产和发展过程中的重要灵魂性支撑 ,在世界经济高
速发展的新背景下 ,企业必须切实探索与国际市场竞争环境相匹配的现代公司运营
模式,同时把企业文化管理视为与现代公司竞争的核心 ,目前企业文化管理工作已成
为现代公司经营管理工作的重心。随着经济的不断发展进步,企业之间的竞争力度
逐渐加强,其竞争本质逐渐倾向于企业文化的竞争。对于企业发展而言,要想实现
可持续发展目标,在行业中占据优势地位,则需要建设科学的、合理的企业文化,
帮助企业形成核心竞争力。
本文以 A食品公司为研究对象,该公司是食品行业的龙头标杆企业,自 2001
年成立以来,通过不断发展和壮大,取得了良好的成绩,并在市场站稳脚跟,在市
场中属于领先的地位。然而,在科技快速发展和社会时代前进的大背景下,必须高度关
注企业文化管理体系的完善 ,将公司内部力量团结起来 ,不断地创新公司的人文管理
模式。
本文以“4S”企业文化分析框架作为切入点,旨在提升 A食品公司的企业文化
管理成效,根据 A食品公司的企业文化管理现状,采取问卷调研的方式,对 A食品
公司的企业文化管理问题进行分析,同时提出针对性的完善对策。在具体研究中,
本研究是以有关企业文化理论为基础,对本研究选题背景与思路进行介绍,随后分
别从表象文化和精神文化以及亚文化与再生成文化四个视角,对“4S”企业文化分
析框架进行了梳理,而关于企业文化管理理论方面,对企业文化管理的定义和特点
以及方法和功能进行研究,对 A食品公司目前的企业文化管理问题进行了梳理,包
括企业表象文化、精神文化、亚文化和价值观等方面存在的不足,并针对表象文化
和精神文化以及亚文化与生成文化四个方面存在的问题,提出了完善对策,而且结
合分析结果提出企业文化管理方案实施所需的基本原则、具体流程、实施方法,同
时从组织人数、经营管理和财务资金三个方面提出保障措施。

This paper takes the "4S" corporate culture analysis framework as the starting point,
aiming to improve the effectiveness of A food company's corporate culture management.
Analyse and propose targeted countermeasures. In the specific research, this research is
based on the relevant corporate culture theory, and introduces the background and ideas of
this research topic. The cultural analysis framework has been sorted out. Regarding the
theory of corporate culture management, the definition and characteristics, methods and
functions of corporate cultural management have been studied, and the current corporate
cultural management issues of A Food Company have been sorted out, including
corporate appearance culture, spirit The deficiencies in culture, subculture and values, and
for the problems existing in the four aspects of appearance culture and spiritual culture, as
well as subculture and generative culture, put forward perfect countermeasures, and
combined with the analysis results, put forward the necessary measures for the
implementation of enterprise culture management plan. Basic principles, specific
procedures, and implementation methods, and at the same time, safeguard measures are
proposed from three aspects of organization, management, and financial funds.
