在全球产业结构大规模调整的背景，我国已经成为全球软件产业发展的重
要增长极，并积极参与国际软件行业的竞争，希望获得更多的国际市场份额，
实现我国软件行业的长远发展，其前提就是在软件行业生产过程中严格推行国
际标准，保证软件产品质量，来增加软件产品的竞争力。
软件开发是软件产业发展的核心部分，由于国内软件企业较国外企业发展
较晚，在软件产品开发管理方面存在很多缺陷和不足，因此应用一套高效的软
件工程开发管理体系使得软件企业在软件开发的各个阶段能有得到有效的控制
调整，减少软件开发项目的风险，提高软件产品质量以及减少开发的成本，是
企业实现可持续发展的重要途径。
以 G公司当前软件开发过程管理为研究对象，结合 CMMI标准进行分析
G公司在开发过程管理的各个过程中存在的问题以及引起这些问题的原因，将
公司主要的问题过程与 CMMI标准的关键过程域进行对照分析，结合公司的实
际的可用资源设计出在软件开发过程管理中适用于公司的解决方案，并将方案
应用于项目实践中，证明方案的可用性。为了使设计的软件开发过程管理改进
方案顺利推行，设计了实施保障改进方案以及应用效果评估的实现步骤，阐明
了所设计的方案是以解决公司目前存在的实际问题的为目标的,以供 G公司相关
的管理人员以及开发人员参考以及借鉴使用。

increase the competitiveness The competitiveness of software products.
Software development is the core part of the development of software industry.
Due to the late development of domestic software enterprises compared with foreign
enterprises, there are many defects and deficiencies in software product development
management. Therefore, the application of a set of efficient software engineering
development management system enables software enterprises to effectively control
and adjust in each stage of software development, reduce the risk of software
development projects, and improve the quality of software It is an important way for
enterprises to achieve sustainable development to improve the quality of software
products and reduce the cost of development.
Taking G company's current software development process management as the
research object, combined with CMMI standard, this paper analyzes the problems
existing in each process of G company's development process management and the
causes of these problems, compares the company's main problem process with the key
process areas of CMMI standard, and designs the applicable software development
process management system in combination with the company's actual available
resources The company's solution, and the program will be applied to the project
practice to prove the availability of the program. In order to carry out the design of
software development process management improvement scheme smoothly, this
paper designs the implementation of guarantee improvement scheme and the
implementation steps of application effect evaluation, and expounds that the design
