汽车工业具有消费水平高、产值规模大、产业跨度大、技术难度大、行业关 联度高等特点,是评价一个国家经济实力、科技能力、工业水平的重要标志,在 全球的经济结构中起着非常大的作用。 随着全球汽车产销量的持续增长,国内外的汽车工业市场也得到了长足的发 展。汽车用品件是应用于汽车车身内外,用于保护和美化车身外观,提升车辆性 能和舒适体验的汽车零部件。汽车用品行业受全球不同地区的地理、文化、民族 特性和消费习惯不同,具有受文化影响大、个性化需求多、产品更新快、产品品 种多、适配车型多、质量要求高等特点。因此过往汽车零部件企业的大批量、规 模化研发和生产模式已经不能满足蓬勃发展的汽车用品行业的多品种,小批量, 快速迭代的行业需求。 东御公司作为国内汽车用品行业标准的起草者和领军企业,经过20多年持 续对研发创新的投入,以产品开发为导向,新产品开发完成了从代加工到自主设 计生产的转变。并摸索出了一条更适合汽车用品行业的新产品开发模式,为公司 的飞跃式发展提供了有力的保障。 近几年来,随着销售品类和生产规模的不断扩大,东御公司新产品开发出现 了一些问题,引起了客户和制造部门的抱怨,也无法完全满足公司的既定指标, 不再能很好地支持现阶段公司的发展需要。。 本文立足于解决东御公司的实际情况,对东御公司的新产品开发流程现状做 了介绍,并对东御公司新产品开发的交期、成本和质量指标进行了分析,在分析 过程中锁定了需要解决的问题和问题背后的根本原因,针对根本原因进行分类, 运用ASME、并行工程、QFD和PMO等理论工具制定了科学合理的优化方案,并对 制定的优化方案给出了实施的计划和保障措施要求,最后对整个研究过程进行了 总结。 关键词: 汽车用品,汽车零部件,新产品开发,流程优化 兰州大学MBA学位论文 东御公司新产品开发流程优化研究 II STUDY ON OPTIMIZATION OF NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF DONGYU COMPANY Abstract The automobile industry has the characteristics of high consumption level, large output value scale, large industrial span, large technical difficulty, and high industry correlation. It is an important symbol for evaluating a country's economic strength, technological capabilities, and industrial level. It plays a very important role in the global economic structure. With the continuous growth of global automobile production and sales, the domestic and foreign automobile industry markets have also made considerable progress. Auto Accessories are auto parts used inside and outside the car body to protect and style the appearance of the car body and improve the performance and comfort of the car. The automotive supplies industry is affected by different geographies, cultures, national characteristics and consumption habits in different regions of the world. It has the characteristics of being greatly influenced by culture, having more personalized needs, fast product updates, more product varieties, more suitable models, and higher quality requirements. Therefore, the huge quantity, large-scale R & D and production models of past auto parts companies have been unable to meet the needs of the vigorous development of the automotive products industry with multiple varieties, small batches, and rapid iterations. As the standard leader and leading enterprise of the domestic automotive supplies industry, Dongyu Company, after more than 20 years of continuous investment in R & D and innovation, is guided by product development, and the new product development has completed the transformation from generation processing to independent design and production. And found a new product development mode which is more suitable for the automotive products industry, which provides a strong guarantee for the rapid development of the company.
