I 摘要 新中国成立七十周年期间，我国经济呈现高速发展之势，搭乘高速发展列 车的市场经济对于企业管理机制也提出了更高要求。为了更好应对市场竞争， 众多企业开始寻求管理制度的变革。在此背景之下，事业合伙人制度应运而生， 它在提高企业管理水平和完善员工激励机制方面起到了重要作用。中小型民营 企业作为市场经济主体的重要组成部分，也加入了将事业合伙人制度引入自身 管理机制的行列。但纵观我国中小型民营企业的事业合伙人制度发展之路，由 于企业管理者水平所限和制度自身缺陷等原因，在具体的实践上仍然存在许多 不足。 为了更好对事业合伙人制度进行剖析，本文首先介绍了国内外事业合伙人 制度理论研究、实践研究等相关内容，又运用文献综述法、问卷调查法、案例 分析法对于国内外事业合伙人制度优秀实践案例进行了借鉴分析。然后以DHP 公司为例，分析了它在实行事业合伙人制度方面的具体做法和取得成效。为了 更好了解DHP公司事业合伙人制度存在的问题，围绕影响事业合伙人制度实施 效果的七个因素并选取了不同岗位人员进行了问卷调查，对调查结果做了科学 统计分析，得出了DHP公司事业合伙人制度在管理、参与人员、制度设计、保 障实施四个方面存在的问题，并针对性的提出了具体优化措施。 通过以上研究，不仅为DHP公司事业合伙人制度优化提供了科学解决方案， 也对事业合伙人制度在我国中小型民营企业中的实施运用起到了积极促进作用。 关键词：中小型民营企业；事业合伙人制度；优化 Abstract II Abstract Duringthe70thanniversaryofthefoundingofthePeople'sRepublicofChina, China'seconomyhasbeendevelopingatahighspeed.Inordertocopewithmarket competitionbetter,manyenterprisesbegintoseekmanagementsystemchanges. Underthisbackground,thebusinesspartnershipsystemarisesatthehistoricmoment, ithasplayedanimportantroleinimprovingtheenterprisemanagementleveland perfectingtheemployeeincentivemechanism.Asanimportantpartofthemainbody ofmarketeconomy,smallandmedium-sizedprivateenterpriseshavealsojoinedin thesystemofintroducingthebusinesspartnershipintotheirownmanagement mechanism.However,throughoutthedevelopmentoftheenterprisepartnership systeminChina'ssmallandmedium-sizedprivateenterprises,therearestillmany deficienciesinspecificpracticeduetothelimitedlevelofenterprisemanagersand thedefectsofthesystemitself. Inordertoanalyzethebusinesspartnershipsystembetter,Thisarticlefirst introducesthetheoreticalresearch,practicalresearchandotherrelatedcontentofthe domesticandforeignbusinesspartnersystem,andusestheliteraturereviewmethod, questionnairesurveymethod,andcaseanalysismethodtomakereferenceand analysisontheexcellentpracticecasesofthedomesticandforeignbusinesspartner system.ThenDHPistakenasanexampletoanalyzeitsspecificpracticesand achievementsinimplementingthebusinesspartnershipsystem.Inorderto understandtheproblemsofDHPintheoptimumprocessingcompanybusiness partnersystembetter,thepaperanalyzessevenfactorsofaffectingbusinesspartner systemimplementationandmakesaquestionnairesurveyofthedifferentpositions, andhasmadethescientificstatisticsandanalysisoftheresultsofthesurvey.Itis concludedthattheDHPhasthefourproblemsinthebusinesspartnershipsystem, whicharerelatedtothefouraspects:optimumprocessingcompanybusinesspartners inmanagement,personnelsystem,systemdesign,thesecurityproblemsexistingin theimplementation.andputsforwardthespecificoptimizationmeasurestargeted.
