China's labor dispute cases are high, the number of cases continues to rise, and the forms of cases are diversified, but the problems are more concentrated. The external environment affecting labor relations is still further improved, and the legal environment of employment, social security and labor security is being strengthened. Under the condition of market economy, the mechanism of coordinating labor relations has been established, but it is still developing gradually. However, there are still many problems in the construction of harmonious labor relations. Under the background of the new era, new situation and new requirements, it is necessary for enterprises to improve the rule support system of building harmonious labor relations. Further standardization and improvement are the problems that need to be studied and solved at present. Jia Youduo company was once a famous large-scale business enterprise in Hunan Province. Through in-depth understanding of the general situation and background of Jia Youduo company, this paper analyzes and describes the current situation of labor relations of Jia Youduo company, analyzes the existing problems of the above situation and analyzes them, and discusses the necessity of redesigning the labor relationship management process of Jia Youduo company. By collecting and referringto a large number of books and articles related to human resource management, and using the knowledge learned in the industrial and commercial management stage, we can understand the relevant theories and concepts of labor relations. At the same time, we interviewed the company leaders, human resources and workers with labor disputes on labor relations management and dispute cases of Jia Youduo company, and determined the thinking of standardized design of labor relations management process of Jia Youduo company.
