随着我国社会主义市场经济越来越向纵深方向发展，我国的医疗器械生产领 域无论在产业规模还是技术水平上相对于以往都有了很大水平的提高。这一方面 使得我国的医疗器械产品市场上产品种类越来越丰富，产品的技术水平，功能质 量有很大幅度提升，同时也使得医疗器械生产研发方面的投资越来越大，技术要 求越来越高，这就造成了医疗器械生产企业在实际生产过程当中存在一些产品研 发方面的风险，因为这方面的研发需要较大的投资量、较长的周期与较高的安全 要求，因而在产品研发的风险上要高于一般的工业产品或民用消费品。怎样降低 医疗器械的产品研发风险，提高医疗器械产品研发工作的成功率，是每一个医疗 器械生产制造企业都必须要深入思考和面对的重要课题。 本文基于研发项目的全生命周期理论，以鼎实公司的全自动荧光免疫检测设 备的研发为例，采用德尔菲法、情景分析法、头脑风暴法等等方法，将全自动荧 光免疫检测设备研发的相关背景、风险的研究意义、涉及的理论以及当前国内外 对此进行的相关研究进行深入的分析，基于此，本文从立项阶段、设计开发阶段、 设计转移阶段与量产维护四个阶段分析了的研发流程，然后从风险理论的角度， 按照全自动荧光免疫检测设备所在公司的风险规划去分析设备在研发过程中所 遇到的风险以及公司为了规避风险所做的管理措施。最后，按照风险识别、风险 评估以及风险监控的顺序依次研究了全自动荧光免疫检测设备在立项、设计、验 证等等阶段所存在的各项风险，并且采用层次分析法和专家打分法去评估各项风 险因素的大小以及风险的总级别，得出的结论是在风险研发的过程中存在计划风 险、组织风险、技术风险、控制风险等等，并且得出各项风险中的风险点分布， 基于此提出规避全自动荧光免疫检测设备的风险对策，包括风险控制清单策略、 将风险控制进行分级的策略、对剩余风险进行监控的策略。 本文理论结合实际，通过本文的研究，提高了鼎实公司研发项目中的风险管 理水平，确保项目能够顺利完成。本文的研究成果为今后鼎实公司在新产品研发 项目的风险管理提供了有力的依据，为今后医疗器械类产品的研发项目风险管理 提供了参考案例。 关键词：医疗器械，研发项目，风险评价，全自动荧光免疫设备 MBA学位论文作者：贾方舟鼎实公司全自动荧光免疫检测设备研发项目风险管理研究 II RiskManagementofR&DProjectof AutomaticFluorescenceImmunoassayEquipmentin DingshiCompany Abstract WiththedevelopmentofChina'ssocialistmarketeconomyinamoreandmore in-depthdirection,China'smedicaldeviceproductionfieldhasgreatlyimproved comparedwiththepastintermsofindustrialscaleandtechnicallevel.Thisaspecthas madeChina'smedicaldeviceproductmarketmoreandmorerichinproduct categories,theproduct'stechnicallevelandfunctionalqualityhavebeengreatly improved,andithasalsomadeinvestmentinmedicaldeviceproductionR&Dmore andmore,andthetechnicalrequirementsThehigher,thishascausedsomerisksin productdevelopmentformedicaldevicemanufacturersintheactualproduction process,becauseresearchanddevelopmentinthisarearequiresalargeinvestment,a longcycleandhighsafetyrequirements.TheriskofR&Dishigherthanthatof generalindustrialproductsorconsumergoods.Howtoreducetheriskofmedical deviceproductdevelopmentandimprovethesuccessrateofmedicaldeviceproduct developmentisanimportantissuethateverymedicaldevicemanufacturingcompany mustthinkdeeplyaboutandface.
