II 论文题目:ZY企业一线员工应急救援培训管理研究 专业:工商管理 硕士生:成静(签名) 导师:侯海青(签名) 摘要 石油开采属于高危工作,具有易燃易爆、有毒有害等特点。近年来,随着石油开采 规模的扩大、生产装置和储运系统的日益大型化,火灾、爆炸、泄漏、中毒等重特大事 故不断发生,给人民生命和财产造成了巨大损失。ZY企业属于石油开采类大型企业, 由于企业规模和各种条件的限制,员工培训不能很好地开展。目前所采用的培训方式主 要为实地救援演练和相关手册的学习,前者学习效果好,但耗费大、难组织、条件受限 多、受训面窄,后者则学习效果不佳,因而如何提高ZY企业一线员工应急救援培训管 理水平成为本文研究的最终诉求点。 本文以ZY企业作为研究对象,重点对其一线员工应急救援培训管理进行了研究, 首先介绍ZY企业概况、一线员工应急救援培训管理现状分析以及存在的主要问题等内 容;其后对ZY企业一线员工应急救援培训需求分析、计划管理、培训课程、资源开发、 评估流程等内容进行优化;最后为ZY企业一线员工应急救援培训管理的实施保障,主 要从前期准备、计划实施保障、课程实施保障、培训评估几个方面入手。本文的研究有 利于一线员工了解应急救护的相关理论知识,进一步增强面对突发事件和意外伤害的防 护意识,降低因为意外事故带来的人身伤害、经济损失。同时本文的研究,对提升企业 应急救援水平,提出一些尝试,探索新方法,为企业提供理论实践指导意义。 关键词:石油开采;一线员工;应急救援;培训管理 论文类型:应用研究 英文摘要 III Subject:StudyonEmergencyRescueTrainingManagementofZYFirst-lineEmployees Speciality:Businessadministration Name:ChengJing(signature) Instructor:HouHaiqing(signature) ABSTRACT Oilindustryisahigh-riskindustry,hasthecharacteristicsofflammableandexplosive, poisonousandharmful.inrecentyears,withChina'spetroleumandpetrochemicalenterprises toexpandtheproductionscaleofproductionequipmentandstorageandtransportationsystem isbecomingmoreandmorelarge,fire,explosion,leakage,poisoningandothermajor workplaceaccidentsoccur,causedhugelossestothepeople'slifeandproperty.ZYenterprise belongstolargepetrochemicalenterprisesanddangerouschemicalindustry.However,dueto thelimitationofenterprisescaleandvariousconditions,stafftrainingcannotbecarriedout well.Currentlyadoptedbywayoftrainingismainlyforthefieldrescuedrillsandrelated manuallearningandthelearningeffectisgood,butthedifficultandthehugecostorganization, limitedconditions,trainingmorenarrow,thelatterlearningeffectisnotgood,sohowto improvetheZYmanagementlevelofenterpriseemergencyrescuetrainingemployeesto becometheultimateappealsinthisstudy. TakingZYenterpriseastheresearchobject,thispaperfocusesonthestudyofthe emergencyrescuetrainingmanagementofitsfront-lineemployees.Firstly,itintroducesthe generalsituationofZYenterprise,theanalysisofthecurrentsituationoftheemergencyrescue trainingmanagementoffront-lineemployees,aswellasthemainexistingproblems.Afterthat, theZYfront-linestaffemergencyrescuetrainingneedsanalysis,planmanagement,training courses,resourcedevelopment,evaluationprocessandothercontentswereoptimized.Finally, theimplementationguaranteeoftheemergencyrescuetrainingmanagementforfront-line employeesofZYenterprisemainlystartsfromtheaspectsofearlypreparation,plan implementation,courseimplementationandtrainingevaluation.Theresearchofthispaperis helpfulforthefront-linestafftounderstandtherelevanttheoreticalknowledgeofemergency rescue,furtherenhancetheawarenessofprotectioninthefaceofemergenciesandaccidental injuries,andreducethepersonalinjuriesandeconomiclossescausedbyaccidents.Atthe sametime,theresearchofthispaper,toimprovethelevelofenterpriseemergencyrescue,put forwardsomeattemptstoexplorenewmethods,toprovidetheoreticalandpracticalguidance forenterprises.
