随着移动互联网的高速发展,互联网二手交易平台伴随电商交易的成熟而逐 步完善。从以“闲鱼”、“转转”为首的综合类交易平台到面向市场到不同品类 的二手垂直电商相继出现,从主打C2C交易形式到C2B2C模式的加入,二手电 商蓬勃发展。 在C2B2C模式下的互联网二手交易平台,通过介入交易流程,实现二手商 品的标准化,对比C2C模式能够有力解决商品交易中的信任问题,提升交易效 率。此类平台在回收商品后,对商品进行统一处理,然后重新出售给消费者。这 样的运作流程使得企业背负重型资产,严重依赖商品的流通。而构建适合的物流 网络能够发挥保持商品平稳流通,进而减少物流成本的作用,因此,本文就如何 优化物流网络以节约企业流通成本作出研究。 本文考虑C2B2C模式下平台企业的关键角色作用,对其物流网络现状进行 分析后进行物流网络结构选择,然后基于轴辐式网络中的枢纽节点特征,通过对 现有物流网络进行优化,旨在找出可以升级为枢纽的节点数量与位置,并确定辐 射节点与枢纽节点的连接关系。这样通过枢纽之间运输的规模效应,降低运输成 本,进一步降低物流网络总成本。 本文基于轴辐式物流网络理论,对C2B2C模式下平台企业的关键特性进行 研究,基于无容量限制的假设,构建了一个多枢纽单分配纯轴辐式物流网络模型, 引入引力模型获取部分参数数据,利用Lingo和Cplex软件进行求解。然后以多 抓鱼二手图书平台为实证研究对象,分析了枢纽节点数量与规模效应因子对物流 网络总成本的影响,最后对采用C2B2C模式的互联网二手交易平台企业在物流 网络层级搭建、区域划分、枢纽节点确定、平衡规模效应与服务水平等方面提出 了优化建议。本文研究成果对于采用C2B2C模式的互联网二手电商平台构建与 优化物流网络模型,以降低流通成本,提高企业竞争力有重要应用价值。 关键词:C2B2C,互联网二手交易平台,轴辐式网络,物流网络优化 Abstract With the rapid development of mobile Internet, the Internet second-hand trading platform is gradually improved with the maturity of e-commerce. From the comprehensive trading platform to the vertical fields of various categories, from the main form of C2C trading to the C2B2C model, the second-hand e-commerce is booming. Compared with C2C model, C2B2C model can effectively solve the trust problem in commodity transaction and improve transaction efficiency. Such platforms recycle goods, process them uniformly, and then sell them back to consumers. Such a process leaves the enterprise burdened with heavy assets and heavily dependent on the circulation of goods. And the construction of a suitable logistics network can play a role in maintaining the smooth circulation of goods, thus reducing the logistics cost. Therefore, this paper studies how to optimize the logistics network to save the circulation cost of enterprises. This paper considers the key role of the platform enterprises in the C2B2C model. Based on the hub node characteristics in the hub and spokes network, it optimizes the existing logistics network to find out the number and location of nodes that can be upgraded to hubs, and to determine the connection relationship between radiating nodes and hub nodes. Based on the theory of hub-and-spoke logistics network, this paper studied the key characteristics of the platform enterprises in the C2B2C model. Based on the assumption of unlimited capacity, a model of multi-hub single-distribution pure hub-and-spoke logistics network was constructed. The gravity model was introduced to obtain partial parameter data, and the Lingo and Cplex were used to solve the model. The research results of this paper have important application value for the construction and optimization of the logistics network model of the second-hand e-commerce platform of the Internet using the C2B2C model, so as to reduce the circulation cost and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
