I 摘要 在日益激烈的市场竞争环境下,企业已经普便建立了适合本企业的员工激励 体系,以期能够激发员工的积极性,增加员工的忠诚度,提高员工总体素质水平, 但是目前缺乏对企业激励体系的有效监督和评估,难以发挥企业激励体系的效用, 因此建立企业激励评价体系,并对其进行优化和改进,对员工的成长和企业的可 持续发展有重要的意义。 本文以人力资源管理及激励的基本理论为基础,综合运用文献研究法、专家 调查法等方法,对HK公司员工激励体系展开研究。在充分研究企业员工激励体 系相关理论和运行机制的前提下,明确了企业员工激励的基本框架和主要内容, 以此为基础,确定了以职业成就激励、考核激励、薪酬激励以及培训激励四个维 度为一级指标,并细化为个人成长、职业规划、发展平台等17个二级指标的HK 公司员工激励体系评价指标体系;结合员工激励体系评价指标的基本特性和评价 的总体目标,引入层次分析法和模糊数学理论,构建模糊综合评价模型对HK公 司员工激励体系进行综合评价;根据评价结果结合对HK公司员工激励体系现状 的调研,针对性的给出HK公司员工激励体系优化的建议,以期能进一步完善和 改进HK公司员工激励体系,全面提升HK公司的人力资源管理水平。 关键词:员工激励;评价;优化;HK公司 Abstract II Abstract Under the fierce market competition, enterprises have begun to establish incentive system is suitable for this enterprise the status quo, in this way to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, increase staff loyalty to the company, improve employees' ability and level, but there is no effective evaluation mechanism of formation of enterprise incentive system, cannot effectively play the effectiveness of the enterprise incentive system, thus set up a scientific and effective incentive evaluation system of enterprise, to improve and optimize the enterprise incentive system, for the growth of employees and enterprise's sustainable development has an important significance. This paper adopts expert investigation method and literature research method, based on the basic theory of motivation and related theories of human resource management, carries out research on the employee incentive system of HK company. In mature enterprise employees incentive mechanism and under the premise of human resources management theory, clear the basic frame and main content of enterprise employees incentive, on this basis, determine the incentive to career development, performance appraisal, compensation, and training incentives four dimensions as the first-level indicators, and refine for personal growth, career planning and development platform, etc. 17 secondary index of the HK company employees incentive system evaluation index system; Combined with the basic characteristics of the evaluation index of employee incentive system and the overall objective of the evaluation, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics theory are introduced to construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to comprehensively evaluate the employee incentive system of HK company. Based on the evaluation results and the investigation on the current situation of the employee incentive system of HK companies, the author puts forward targeted suggestions on the improvement of the employee incentive system of HK companies, with a view to further perfecting and improving the employee incentive system of HK companies and comprehensively enhancing the human resource management level of HK companies.
