I 摘要 整体而言,我国的医疗器械制造产业相较于发达国家的医疗器械企业而言还存 在很大的差距,行业集中度比较低,企业规模不大等问题突出。但随着我国经济快 速发展,居民生活收入水平不断提升,国民对于健康的重视程度明显提升,大健康 产业发展迅速,带动了国内乃至国际医疗器械行业的快速发展,成为世界医疗器械 的第二大消费国。因此,医疗器械行业日益成为众多国家争夺的朝阳产业,有着广 阔的全球市场前景。而随着我国医疗器械领域“进口替代”日趋衰落,国内医疗企 业如何快速适应复杂多变的国际市场环境、科学有效地应对国际市场挑战,关乎企 业自身发展利益,更关乎国家医疗行业的健康可持续发展,对此问题的研究日益成 为重要议题,有着很强的现实紧迫性。 基于此,本文选取LFYL公司作为研究对象,在对国内外相关文献归纳梳理基 础上,以竞争优势理论、产品生命周期理论等为理论基础,针对LFYL公司现有的 国际化发展战略的基本内容等进行分析,并利用PEST分析法对LFYL公司国际化 发展战略实施外部环境,如:政治、经济、技术和社会等方面进行分析,并对其内 部环境进行分析。然后,本文进一步选取战略实施的文化效能、社会效能、经济效 能三个准则层指标及14个指标层指标,利用AHP—FCE法对LFYL公司国际化发 展战略实施效能进行评估,研究得出目前公司的国际化发展战略实施效能处于较好 水平,但仍存在较大的提升空间。最后,通过前面分析,本文进一步提出从适应多 元文化、开发多元产品、增强竞争优势、重视人才培养等几个方面提升其文化效能; 从进一步加强对目的国市场互补性资产获取能力、加强对企业品牌的塑造与提升、 提供更多的学习机会、加强国际经验的积累等几个方面提升社会效能;从注重提升 市场占有率、缩短市场占有时间、努力缩短投资回收期、提升投资利润率等几个方 面提升经济效能,从而更好地推动LFYL公司国际化发展战略的实施。 关键词:LFYL;国际化发展战略;效能;AHP-FCE 山东理工大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT Asawhole,comparedwiththemedicaldeviceenterprisesindevelopedcountries,the medicaldevicemanufacturingindustryinChinastillhasabiggap,theindustry concentrationisrelativelylow,andtheenterprisescaleisnotlarge.However,withthe rapiddevelopmentofChina'seconomy,thecontinuousimprovementofresidents'living income,thesignificantincreaseofnationalattentiontohealth,therapiddevelopmentof largehealthindustry,whichhasledtotherapiddevelopmentofdomesticandevenmedical equipmentindustry,hasbecomethesecondlargestconsumerofmedicalequipmentinthe world.Therefore,themedicaldeviceindustryisincreasinglybecomingasunriseindustry formanycountries,withabroadglobalmarketprospect.Withthegradualdeclineof "importsubstitution"inthefieldofmedicaldevicesinChina,howtoadapttothecomplex andchangeableinternationalmarketenvironmentquicklyandrespondtothechallengesof theinternationalmarketscientificallyandeffectivelyisrelatedtothedevelopmentinterests oftheenterprisesthemselvesandthehealthyandsustainabledevelopmentofthenational medicalindustry.
