随着我国经济不断发展与演变,金融市场进入了经济新常态中。对于商业 银行来说,所面临的挑战十分巨大。本文着重分析了在目前的经济大背景下银 行发展投行业务的意义和面临的问题。在对问题进行调查研究的过程中,分别 采用了文献研究法、调查法以及逻辑分析法,并结合自身的从业经验对本行投 行业务所存在的问题原因进行分析,提出解决的方案。本文不足之处在于自身 从事业务时间短,各方面的数据收集不到位,可能对量化分析可能造成一定的 影响。 具体来看,利率市场化造成银行存贷利差不断收窄,商业银行传统经营模 式的利润逐渐下降使其不得不寻找新的利润增长点,这为投行的发展创造了机 会,然而近年来金融监管力度的逐步加强,使投行业务的发展遇到很大的阻碍, 随着监管政策的频繁出台,很多投行业务无法开展,且新产品的研究跟不上, 导致投行产品同质化日趋严重,市场竞争日趋激烈,各家金融机构盈利能力不 断削弱。这些问题的出现不仅有外部的客观原因,也有内部的主观原因,如: 业务边界不清,风险把控不严,员工激励措施不到位等,这些问题都需要在今 后的工作开展中认真加以解决。在现今信息发达的时代,银行与客户的关系已 不再是传统上主动与被动的地位,客户在选择金融机构的时候自由度和主动权 更大,如果投行业务不能够在发展中提升服务品质,提高服务效率,那么在市 场竞争中将会处于下风。结合宏观监管政策及本行实际情况,应着重从细分目 标市场突出业务创新,强化制度落实严格管控风险,提升专业能力完善考核机 制等三个方面入手,快速解决现阶段投行业务发展过程中存在的突出问题。最 后本文对今后的工作进行了总结,明确了下一步工作目标以及需要改善的重点 领域。总之广发银行郑州分行投行业务仍将成为全行重点发展的业务,并将逐 步成为全行公司业务利润的重要来源。 关键词:商业银行;投资银行;业务转型;金融监管;风险防控 II Abstract With the continuous development and evolution of China's economy, financial market has entered the new normal economic situation. For commercial banks, the challenges they face are enormous. This paper analyzes the significance and problems faced by banks in developing investment banking under such a background. In the process of investigation and research, literature research, investigation and logical analysis were adopted respectively. Combined with its own experience, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the investment banking department, and puts forward some solutions. The deficiency of this paper is that the establishment of investment banking department is short, and data collection in all aspects may not be in place, which may have certain impact on quantitative analysis. In particular, the interest rate marketization leads to the narrowing of the bank deposit and loan spreads, the gradual decline of the profit of the traditional business model of commercial banks, which makes the banks have to find new profit points, which creates opportunities for the development of investment banks, and the gradual strengthening of financial supervision has greatly hindered the development of the current investment industry. Before the compliance of the business can not be carried out again, the new business research can not keep up, which has caused the homogenization of the market products more and more serious, the competition between the same industry is becoming more and more fierce, the profit is not high business in this strong competition, profitability is once again cut down. The emergence of these problems is not only external, but also internal factors. If the risk control is not strict enough, the incentive measures for the internal staff are not in place, all these require the investment department to take seriously in the future work. In the study of new products, even if we are not able to develop new products in the first time, and can develop new products in other lines, we imitate them and add their own features in imitation, thus forming their own products. And in the era of information development, the relationship between the bank and the customer is no longer the traditional initiative and the passive position. The customer has more III freedom and greater initiative when choosing a financial institution for its service. If the branch bank is not able to improve the quality of its own service in the development and give the profit to the customer more. If there are more concessions, it will lose the competition in the market competition. Therefore, the development prospect of the branch investment bank is not very optimistic. In the process of development, we should not only face the competitors to occupy the market, but also manage carefully to prevent the occurrence of irregularities. Finally, the internal management should be strengthened to make the development of the investment bank more smooth. Finally, this paper summarizes the work in the future, clarifies the future work objectives and where to improve. In short, the development of the branch investment bank will be the key department of the whole line of development. The development of its business is also very important in the branch.
