中通服股份有限公司(简称中通服)目前面临着整体通讯行业景气指数不断下滑的 复杂而严峻的现状,通讯服务供应链整体协同效率低,主要表现在分包商经营资金压力 日益增加与中通服未发挥核心企业的作用。为了解决以上矛盾,中通服开展供应链金融 业务迫在眉睫。 本文通过以中通服的供应链金融业务为研究对象,通过实际现场调研,文献研究法、 调查分析法、战略管理方法等科学方法,结合战略管理理论与中通服供应链金融业务的 现状,对中通服供应链金融业务的发展战略管理展开研究,探索了一套适合中通服供应 链金融业务的战略管理思路,并提供了重要依据和基矗首先,应用PEST方法来分析 供应链金融业务所处的宏观环境分析、通讯产业链的分析以及供应链金融业务的竞争格 局。接着,从供应链金融业务所处的公司现有资源状况与主要业务状况进行分析业务内 部优劣势。再借助SWOT方法分析中通服开展供应链金融业务的优势与劣势,提出符合 中通服供应链金融业务发展的相关发展战略。基于现状以差异化战略和集中化战略能够 帮助公司进一步提升其竞争优势。最后,为了向日益繁盛的中通服市场参与者提供更高 效优质的融资服务,打造了首个中通服内一站式供应链金融服务平台。从技术保障层面 上提高企业的电子化和搭建互联金融平台,从风险保障层面上设立风险制度、执行风险 制度以及业务风险防范等多个方面设计配套措施,确保中通服的供应链金融业务发展战 略的有效实施。本文尝试构建中通服内一站式供应链金融服务平台的逻辑框架,通过中 通服内一站式供应链金融服务体系,整合供应链各个环节的大数据信息,从产品交付、 产品质量、列帐、结算、履约处罚、服务水平、社会责任等多维度,运用大数据技术计 算供应商的信用状况,从而为银行或金融机构提供贷款依据。 关键词:供应链金融;金融科技;发展战略;SWOT分析 II ABSTRACT Zhongtong Service Co., Ltd.
