党的十九大指出,我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,必须坚持质量 第一、效益优先。随后,2018年12月召开的中央经济工作会议也提出金融要回归实体 经济,防范系统性风险,强化金融监管,深化金融改革的发展方向。与此同时,信托业 的监管政策、经营环境、竞争格局、业务模式和风险状况等方面也在发生深刻变化。在 此基础上,作为金融四大支柱之一的信托公司,以其横跨资本实业市场的优越性,财产 隔离的特殊性,以及牌照的稀缺性作为发展优势,在今后的经济活动,特别是财富管理 业务中将扮演更重要角色,信托公司应该积极在业务上进行转型,以适应国家经济发展 的新形势。 论文研究H公司的业务转型策略,H信托公司拥有雄厚的注册资本金以及丰富的投 资经验,应站在我国信托业的第一梯队。然而由于金融改革逐步加快,我国信托公司纷 纷转变思路,拓宽视野,进行了大规模的产品和管理模式的改革。但H信托公司由于行 事过于保守,产品创新无法跟上节奏,同时近年来受东北经济所累,市场占有率逐年下 降。因此,在当前的市场竞争中,信托公司应改变传统的经营理念,顺应时代的变革, 分析以往业务存在的不足,摒弃以往的发展营模式,提高信托业务的质量。在对公司获 取资产、管理资产和分销资产等方面中发掘新的盈利点,结合我国经济发展特点和金融 市场需求,设计处崭新的具有特色的财富管理业务,建立全新的品牌形象,最终实现信 托公司的的可持续发展。基于上述背景,本文在梳理完财富管理相关理论基础后,通过 对H信托公司财富管理业务所处的宏观环境、行业状况、公司战略以及存在的问题等方 面进行研究后,从人力资源、服务平台、理财产品、营销渠道以及客户管理五个角度设 计H信托公司财富管理业务转型策略,并从员工业务能力、金融服务平台、资产管理能 力、资金来源渠道、督查跟踪机制以及优良企业文化六个方面六条提出了实施保障,最 终探索得到一条适合H信托公司财富管理业务的转型之路。 关键词:H信托公司;财富管理;业务转型 - II - Research on the Wealth Management Business Transformation Strategy of H Trust Company Abstract The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party pointed out that China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage, and must adhere to quality first and efficiency first. At the same time, it has been affected by the Northeast economy in recent years, and its market share has been declining year by year. Therefore, in the current market competition, trust companies should change the traditional business philosophy, adapt to the changes of the times, analyze the shortcomings of the past business, abandon the previous development camp model, and improve the quality of the trust business. In the aspects of acquiring assets, managing assets and distributing assets, the company explores new profit points, combines the characteristics of China's economic development and financial market demand, designs a new and unique wealth management business, establishes a brand-new brand image, and finally realizes trust. Based on the above background, after reviewing the relevant theoretical basis of wealth management, this paper studies the macro environment, industry status, company strategy and existing problems of H Trust Company's wealth management business, from human resources and service platform. , wealth management products, marketing channels and customer management five aspects of design H trust company wealth - III - management business transformation strategy, and from employee business capabilities, financial services platform, asset management capabilities, funding sources channels, supervision tracking mechanism and excellent corporate culture six Aspect 6 puts forward the implementation guarantee, and finally explores a transformation path suitable for the wealth management business of H Trust Company.
