随着我国经济体制的不断调整完善,国有投资公司逐步由行政事业氛围浓厚的企业 走向独立的市场竞争主体。C投资集团同样沿革了这一发展轨迹,由成立初期的以房地 产为主的单一投资公司发展为当前主业突出、产业多元、资产优良、前景较好的大型投 资集团公司,成为支持地方社会经济发展的一支重要力量。本文的研究在一定程度上丰 富了投资集团公司战略转型的相关理论,对国有投资公司的战略转型的实际操作提供了 理论指导,对集团转型实践也将发挥作用。同时,为以后其他行业的战略转型研究将提 供一定的借鉴作用。 本文经过查阅相关文献,对战略管理理论进行了总结和归纳;分析了C投资集团的 战略管理现状及存在的主要问题,指出了其原因:继而,对c投资集团的战略发展情况 进行了SWOT分析,在此基础上通过调查问卷的形式,应用权重分析法对集团转型能 力进行了研究,得出C投资集团战略转型的能力差别,同时确定了集团具有转型能力。 因此,对该集团转型方案进行了优化设计,制定了金融业务、地勘业务、电力运营业务、 化工板块业务及绿色清洁能源业务的转型方案。最后,从做优做强投资布局,提升转型 创新能力;强化集团各项职能,提升转型效果管控能力;建立科学严谨的组织架构,提 升转型环境识别能力;探索资本运营的渠道机制,提升转型学习能力,从而确保集团战 略转型及升级的顺利进行等方面,提出了C投资集团实施战略转型的保障措施。 关键词:投资集团;战略管理;战略转型 论文类型:专题研究 Subject Specialty Name Instructor Research on C Investment Group Strategic Transformation Master of Business Administration :Liu Lu (Signature) (Signature) 廿、Lu. :Li Ling ABSTRACT With the continuous adjustment and improvement of China's economic system, state-owned investment companies have gradually changed from enterprises with strong administrative atmosphere to independent market competition subjects. C Investment Group has also evolved from a single real estate investment company in the early stage of its establishment to a large-scale investment group company with outstanding main business, diversified industries, excellent assets and good prospects. It has become an important force to support the local social and economic development. To some extent, the research in this paper enriches the relevant theories of strategic transformation of investment group companies, provides theoretical guidance for the practical operation of strategic transformation of state-owned investment companies, and also plays a role in the practice of group transformation. At the sane time, it will provide some reference for the strategic transformation research of other industries in the future. After consulting the relevant literature, this paper summaries and summarizes the relevant strategic management theory; analyzes the current situation and main problems of the strategic management of C investment group, points out and analyzes the reasons; then, it makes a SWOT analysis on the strategic development of C investment group, and on this basis, it applies the weight analysis model to the transformation of the group through the form of questionnaire The ability of C investment group is studied, and the ability difference of C Investment Group's strategic transformation is obtained. At the same time, the transformation ability of C investment group is determined. Therefore, the transformation scheme of the group was optimized, and the transformation scheme of financial business, geological exploration business, power operation business, chemical industry business and green clean energy business was formulated. Finally, from the aspects of optimizing and strengthening the investment layout, improving the transformation and innovation ability, strengthening the functions of the group and improving the management and control ability of the transformation effect, establishing a scientific and rigorous organizational structure to improve the ability to identify the transformation environment, exploring the channel mechanism of capital operation, improving the transformation learning ability, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the group's strategic transformation and upgrading A series of safeguard measures for strategic transformation.
