I 河南省建筑企业人力资源管理实践对组织绩效的影响研究 摘要 近年来全国性建筑企业纷纷布局河南,对本地建筑企业造成了巨大的压力。面对日 益激烈的竞争,河南省的建筑企业需要充分挖掘自身各种资源潜力,提升企业组织绩效, 以便在市场竞争中赢得一席之地。河南省当前的经济体系中,建筑行业所创造的产值占 据着重要的比例,可以说在很大程度上影响到该省经济整体发展趋势。相关统计数据显 示,位于河南省的建筑企业所创造的利润每年都保持着良好的增长率,并且建筑业所缴 纳的税务总额度占全省的16%左右,解决了河南省12%的就业问题。因此河南省的建筑 业对于全省经济增长以及解决劳动就业,增加财务税收等多个方面都有着重要的影响。 人力资源作为现代企业最重要的资源,发挥好其作用对企业重要性不言而喻。 本次课题研究通过梳理国内外相关领域的研究成果,构建理论基础。随后,在对河 南省建筑企业发展现状、企业人力资源管理情况及企业组织绩效现研究分析后,提出了 研究假设。随后采用问卷调查的方式,针对河南省范围内的建筑企业人力资源管理情况 以及表现出的绩效水平进行统计,用于探究他们之间的关系。针对所获取的数据进行整 理分析,最终验证本文的研究假设。 研究结果表明,在人力资源管理实践的相关影响维度里,企业招聘对于企业财务绩 效、员工的学习与创新存在正向显著影响,绩效评估对员工绩效和学习与创新有正向的 显著影响,公司的薪酬福利制度与财务状况和员工绩效有正向的显著影响。最后通过分 析研究结果,对建筑企业提出了管理改建建议,并分析了该课题今后应该关注的重点。 关键词:建筑企业;人力资源管理实践;组织绩效 Abstract III ResearchontheImpactofHumanResourceManagement PracticetoOrganizationalPerformanceofConstruction EnterprisesinHenanProvince ABSTRACT Inrecentyears,thelayoutofnationalconstructionenterprisesinHenanProvincehas causedgreatpressureonlocalconstructionenterprises.Facingtheincreasinglyfierce competition,theconstructionenterprisesinHenanprovinceneedtofullytaptheirpotentialof variousresources,improvetheorganizationalperformanceofenterprises,inordertowina placeinthemarketcompetition.InthecurrenteconomicsystemofHenanProvince,the outputvaluecreatedbytheconstructionindustryaccountsforanimportantproportion,which canbesaidtoaffecttheoveralleconomicdevelopmenttrendoftheprovincetoalargeextent. RelevantstatisticsshowthattheprofitscreatedbytheconstructionindustryinHenan Provincekeepagoodgrowthrateeveryyear,andthetotalamountoftaxpaidbythe constructionindustryaccountsforabout16%oftheprovince,solvingtheemployment problemof12%inHenanProvince.Therefore,theconstructionindustryinHenanProvince hasanimportantimpactontheeconomicgrowthofthewholeprovince,thesolutionoflabor employment,theincreaseoffinancialtaxesandotheraspects.Asthemostimportantresource inmodernenterprises,humanresourcesplayanimportantroleinenterprises. Throughcombingtheresearchresultsofrelatedfieldsathomeandabroad,the theoreticalbasisofthistopicisconstructed.Then,aftertheanalysisofthecurrentsituationof constructionenterprises,humanresourcemanagementandorganizationalperformancein HenanProvince,theresearchhypothesisisputforward.Thenusingthemethodof questionnairesurvey,thispapermakesstatisticsonthehumanresourcemanagementand performancelevelofconstructionenterprisesinHenanProvince,toexploretherelationship betweenthem.Accordingtotheobtaineddata,thefinalverificationoftheresearch hypothesis.
