新产品研发的成功与否对企业的生死存亡有着重大的影响,而且研发能力也制约着 公司的成长,所以新产品研发的流程管理对每个公司来说就显得格外重要。MD公司自 2013年创立以来,一直深耕于智慧用电领域,特别是近几年随着国家积极推进泛在物联 网建设,公司也迎来了高速增长机遇期,相对应的市场对公司的要求也更高了。随着市 场环境的快速变化及内部环境的变化,作为研发型的智能产品制造企业,公司也要对新 产品研发流程不断的进行优化,让公司得以持续发展。 本文正是在这样的背景下产生,通过对 MD公司的现有研发流程管理体系的深入分 析、研究,重新建立一套合适MD公司现阶段发展需要的新产品研发流程管理体系,以 缩短公司新产品研发周期,降低研发成本,并提高产品质量。本文通过对新产品研发、 流程管理、流程优化等理论的阐述研究,并重点分析了门径管理理论。其次以调研为基 础,实证分析MD公司的发展情况、研发现状等,并以问卷调查、数据统计分析、原由 推理诊断,找到目前新产品研发流程中存在的不足与问题;进而结合门径管理等研发管 理理论对MD公司的新产品研发流程进行流程框架、人员制度等方面优化和重新设计。 最后也对MD公司的新产品研发流程优化案例进行了效果评估。 通过本文的研究,希望能够建立一个科学的MD新产品研发流程管理体系并能培养 一批熟悉新产品研发管理的人员和建立一支优秀的新产品研发团队。也冀望通过构建 MD公司研发流程管理体系优化方案,为同类企业的研发流程管理提供借鉴与参考,帮助 企业进行更好的变革和优化。 关键词:制造业企业;新产品研发;流程管理;流程优化 II RESEARCH ON PROCESS MANAGEMENT OPTIMIZATION OF NEW PORDUCT DEVELOPMENT OF MD COMPANY ABSTRACT The success of new product development has a major impact on the survival of the company, and the ability of research and development also restricts the company's growth, so the process management of new product development is particularly important for each company. Since its establishment in 2013, MD company has been deeply involved in the field of smart power consumption. Especially in recent years, as the country actively promotes the construction of the ubiquitous internet of things, the company has also ushered in a period of rapid growth opportunities. The corresponding market requirements for the company also higher. With the rapid changes in the market environment and changes in the internal environment, as a research and development-oriented intelligent product manufacturing enterprise, the company must also continuously optimize the R & D process of new products so that the company can continue to develop. This article was created in this context. Through in-depth analysis and research on the existing R & D process management system of MD company, a new product R & D process management system suitable for the current development needs of MD company was re-established to shorten the company's new product research and development cycle, reduce research and development costs, and improve product quality. In this paper, the theories of new product development, process management, and process optimization are elaborated and researched, and focused on the analysis of “Stage-Gate System” theory. Secondly, based on research, empirical analysis of the development of MD company, research and development status, etc., and using questionnaires, statistical analysis of data, diagnosis of the original reasoning, to find the deficiencies and problems in the current new product research and development process; then combined with “Stage-Gate System”, etc. The R & D management theory optimizes and redesigns the MD company's new product R & D process in terms of process framework and personnel system. Finally, the effect evaluation of MD company's new III product development process optimization case was also evaluated. Through the research in this article, I hope to establish a scientific MD new product development process management system and train a group of people who are familiar with new product development management and establish an excellent new product development team. It is also hoped that by constructing the MD company's R & D process management system optimization plan, it will provide reference and reference for similar companies' R & D process management, and help companies to make better changes and optimization.
