On the one hand, development and creation of regional GDP, on the other hand, provide a large number of employment opportunities. From China's reform and opening up, the economic structure of small and micro enterprises in China has gradually strengthened. Especially recent years, the improvement of its economic status has caused government departments to focus on the financing development of small and micro enterprises. In the context of the global economic downturn, the development of domestic small and micro enterprises has been affected to some extent. At the same time, the domestic economic structure is undergoing transformation and adjustment, as a result, the profits of domestic commercial banks as a whole have fallen. Commercial banks are eager to seek new breakthroughs in business growth. The proportion of small and micro enterprise credit services in the overall business structure of China's banks is relatively small, and it has broad development space. For the above reasons, this article researches A bank Shanghai branch’s development status of small and micro enterprise credit business. On the basis of understanding the social environment facing the development of small and micro enterprises, by identifying and analyzing A bank Shanghai branch's current problems in the credit business of small and micro enterprises, Combined with related problems such as organizational structure defects in the development of A bank Shanghai branch's credit business, complicated business processing procedures, weak business dissemination, insufficient construction of financial service risk management mechanism and early warning mechanism for small and micro enterprises, and low customer satisfaction of small and micro enterprises, based on an in-depth analysis of the reasons In this paper, an A bank Shanghai branch’s small and micro enterprise credit business development optimization plan and specific implementation measures were proposed. Optimize the development plan of small and micro enterprises' credit III business and achieve the win-win development goal of small and micro enterprises and A bank Shanghai branch.
