自“大众创业 万众创新”国家战略提出和实施以来,全国上下掀起了一股众创 空间建设热潮。在高层关注、政策发力、社会推动的共同作用下,我国众创空间数量 增长极快,呈现出快速发展的良好态势。但是,众创空间的运营状况却表现得参差不 齐,特别是在中小城市,普遍存在自主发展能力不足、盈利能力差、孵化质效低、运 营模式趋于同质化等问题。因此,研究众创空间的运营模式,推动众创空间实现高质 量的运营发展是当前中小城市众创空间建设中亟需解决的问题。 本文以 A 众创空间作为研究对象具有一定的代表性,一是 A 众创空间是由民营企 业投资建立,坚持市场化运作和企业化管理,这样的运作模式是当前我国众创空间的 主流模式;二是 A 众创空间在运营中,探索将孵化与投资相结合,这也是众创空间发 展的理想模式;三是 A 众创空间是安徽省首批入围“国家队”的 6 家众创空间之一, 也是蚌埠市首家国家级众创空间,研究其运营模式具有一定的参考价值。本文以该众 创空间为例展开研究,基于价值共创等理论,探讨其运营发展中存在的问题,并尝试 提出解决对策,具有一定的典型性和实用性。 本文第一章绪论部分,简要介绍了研究背景、研究意义、研究内容与研究方法及 文献综述等内容。第二章,阐述了众创空间的概念和价值共创理论、分享经济理论、 服务创新理论,并对当前国内外众创空间运营模式类型进行梳理、比较。第三章,在 介绍蚌埠市众创空间发展现状的基础上,探讨了 A 众创空间的运营模式及运营现状, 将 A 众创空间的运营模式概括为:“保姆式服务+创业辅导+持股孵化”的全方位服务 模式。第四章,梳理 A 众创空间运营模式存在的问题,分析问题存在的原因。第五章, 基于价值共创理论和分享经济理论,提出 A 众创空间运营模式的问题解决路径和具体 对策。最后一章总结研究结论并分析研究的不足之处。 当前,中小城市众创空间的建设和运营还处于探索阶段,要想实现发展质量与发 展速度并驾齐驱还需要各参与主体的共同努力。希望通过本文的研究,能够为 A 众创 空间运营模式的完善和可持续发展提供参考,也为同类型众创空间运营模式的构建提 供一些借鉴。 关键词:众创空间;运营模式;价值共创;分享经济蚌埠市 A 众创空间运营模式研究 I ABSTRACT Since the national strategy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" was proposed and implemented, there has been a upsurge in the construction of maker space across the country. Under the combined action of high-level attention, policy and social impetus,China's maker space is growing rapidly in number and showing a good momentum of rapid development. However, the operating conditions of maker Spaces are uneven. Especially in small and medium-sized cities,there are generally problems such as insufficient independent development ability, poor profitability, low incubation quality and efficiency, and homogenization of operation mode.Therefore, it is urgent to study the operation mode of maker space and promote the high-quality operation and development of maker space in the current construction of maker space in small and medium-sized cities. This paper takes A maker space as the research object, which is representative to some extent.Firstly,A maker Space is invested by private enterprises and adheres to market-oriented operation and enterprise-oriented management, which is the mainstream mode of maker space in China. Second, in the operation of A maker Space, it explores the combination of incubation and investment, which is also the ideal model for the development of maker space. Third, A maker Space is one of the first batch of six maker spaces from Anhui province to be included in the "National team", and also the first national-level maker space in Bengbu city, so it is of certain reference value to study its operation mode. Taking the maker space as an example, this paper discusses the existing problems in its operation and development based on the theory of value co-creation, and tries to propose solutions, which are typical and practical to some extent. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction, which briefly introduces the research background, research significance, research contents and methods, literature review and other contents. In the second chapter, the concept and value co-creation theory, sharing economy theory and service innovation theory of maker space are expounded, and the operation modes of maker space at home and abroad are sorted out and compared. The third chapter, based on the introduction of the development status of Bengbu maker space, discusses the operation mode and current situation of A maker Space, and summarizes the operation mode of A maker Space as a full-service mode by"Nanny-style service + entrepreneurial guidance + shareholding incubation". The fourth chapter, the problems摘要 II existing in the operation mode of A's maker space are sorted out and the reasons for the problems are analyzed. The fifth chapter, based on the value co-creation theory and the sharing economy theory, puts forward the solution path and concrete countermeasures for the operation mode of A maker Space. The last chapter summarizes the research conclusions and analyzes the shortcomings of the research. At present, the construction and operation of maker space in small and medium-sized cities are still in the exploratory stage, so it requires the joint efforts of all participants to keep pace with the development quality and speed. The author hopes that the research in this paper can provide reference for the improvement and sustainable development of the operation mode of A maker space, and also provide some reference for the construction of the operation mode of the same type of maker space.
