I 摘要 随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高，多层次资本市场的不断丰富，我国金融业得 到了飞速发展，已经建立起了规模庞大的金融体系，但面临着资产流动性不足的问题， 金融资产交易中心资产收益权业务已经成为解决资产流动性问题最有效的手段，在盘 活存量上拥有着不可替代的地位。我国经济环境与宏观监管政策的逐步稳定，金融资 产交易市场上的资产收益权业务也将逐渐迎来发展良机，SD金融资产交易中心作为 省内唯一一家省政府批准设立的综合性交易平台，面临日趋激烈的竞争环境下，如何 抓住当前资产收益权业务发展的机遇，优化调整业务发展策略，提升自身在金融资产 交易市场上竞争力是极具研究价值的课题。 本论文通过“提出问题—分析问题—解决问题”的逻辑思路，以资产收益权业务 的重要性和必要性、资产收益权业务宏观政策的变化和业务发展情况为背景。结合SD 金融资产交易中心以及资产收益权业务现状，运用文献研究与案例研究相结合的方法， 归纳总结出SD金融资产交易中心资产收益权业务在发展中面临的监管政策跟进不及 时、业务创新能力和差异化低、信息披露不足、业务种类不均衡、区域发展不平衡等 问题；通过PEST分析法和波特五力分析法对资产收益权业务的宏观发展环境进行分 析，使用比较分析法对资产收益权业务发展策略进行研究，并据此从成本领先发展策 略、差异化发展策略、专业化发展策略和风险防范策略四个方面入手，提出SD金融 资产交易中心资产收益权业务未来发展策略，并针对落实业务发展策略，从紧跟监管 政策，防范业务风险；创新业务模式，坚持差异化发展策略；合理利用资源，提升业 务质量；优化激励机制，完善人力资源配置等方面提出了相应的保障措施，确保SD 金融资产交易中心资产收益权业务发展策略有效落地。 本文从SD金融资产交易中心资产收益权业务发展策略的实际角度出发，提出了 相关资产收益权业务发展策略调整、优化的具体建议和保障措施，更具有针对性和实 操性，为SD金融资产交易中心资产收益权业务的发展、提升业务竞争力，保证在未 来激烈的竞争环境中获得生机，提供了一定的借鉴参考价值，对其他面临同样情况的 资产交易中心也有一定的指导意义。 关键词：金融资产交易中心；资产收益权业务；优化调整；发展策略 西北农林科技大学硕士学位论文 II ABSTRACT Withtheconstantimprovementofthelevelofeconomicdevelopmentinourcountry, theenrichmentofmulti-levelcapitalmarketandthefinancialindustryinChinahasbeen rapiddevelopment,hasestablishedahugefinancialsystem,butisfacingtheproblemof insufficientliquidity,financialassetstransactioncenterofassetsprofithasbecomethemost effectivemeansofsolvingtheproblemofliquidity,onthedepositquantity,withan irreplaceableposition.China'seconomicenvironmentandmacroregulatorypolicystable gradually,thebusinessoffinancialassetsonthetrademarketprofitwillalsobe opportunitiesfordevelopment,graduallySDfinancialassetstradingcenterastheonly companyintheprovinceapprovedbytheprovincialgovernment'scomprehensivetrading platform,facingincreasinglyfiercecompetitionenvironment,howtoseizetheassetsof remunerationbusinessdevelopmentopportunities,optimizesthebusinessdevelopment strategy,toimproveitscompetitivenessinfinancialassettradingmarketisaprojectofgreat researchvalue.
