-I- 摘要 当前，现代物流的管理思想已经与港口煤炭物流相融合，在我国煤炭供给侧结 构性改革的大背景下，煤炭贸易企业为了实现不同港口之间煤炭运输物流成本和装 船效率最优，只有利用科学的研究理论和研究方法对进港煤炭进行科学化、合理化 的资源配置，统筹协调铁路、港口等合作企业，从而提升煤炭集疏港周转效率，才 能构筑起高质量发展的港口煤炭物流系统。 首先，对国内外关于物流管理、库存管理、绿色供应链、港口物流等相关研究 理论进行了系统的梳理，分析国内外物流管理的优化方法，并对相关概念进行了评 述。 其次，对物流管理的基本理论和基本功能进行了概述，并且找到物流总成本法、 回归分析方法和层次分析法作为本文的理论工具，为后文的研究奠定了理论基础。 再次，从H公司港口煤炭物流的各个环节出发，对该公司的物流系统运行现状 进行了详细分析，指出了存在的问题。通过建立H公司港口煤炭物流系统的数学模 型和实验数据分析，提出了综合物流成本、客户订单量、配煤订单数、场地堆存能 力和平均等泊时间等影响因素。 最后，根据影响因素结果评价，提出了H公司港口煤炭物流系统优化管理的方 案和措施。 关键词：H公司；港口煤炭物流优化；铁路煤炭运输；配煤加工 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract Atpresent,modernlogisticsmanagementthinkinghasandtheintegrationofcoal portlogistics,inChina'scoalsupplysideinthecontextofstructuralreform,coaltrading enterprisesinordertorealizethecoaltransportationlogisticsoptimalpathbetween differentports,onlyusescientificresearchtheoryandmethodtocarryonthescientific, rationalizationoftheportofcoalresources,tocoordinate,railway,portandother cooperativeenterprises,topromotecoalsetdredgingportturnoverefficiency,tobuild highqualitydevelopmentofportcoallogisticssystem. Firstofall,therelatedresearchtheoriesoflogisticsmanagement,inventory management,greensupplychainandportlogisticsathomeandabroadaresystematically sortedout,theoptimizationmethodsoflogisticsmanagementathomeandabroadare analyzed,andtherelatedconceptsarecommented. Secondly,thebasictheoriesandfunctionsoflogisticsmanagementaresummarized, andlogisticsassemblymethodandmathematicalmodelinglinearregressionanalysis methodarefoundasthetheoreticaltoolsofthispaper,whichlaysatheoreticalfoundation forthefollowingresearch. Thirdly,startingfromeachlinkoftheportcoallogisticsofHcompany,thispaper makesadetailedanalysisofthecurrentsituationofthecompany'slogisticssystemand pointsouttheexistingproblems.Throughtheestablishmentofthemathematicalmodeland experimentaldataanalysisoftheportcoallogisticssystemofHcompany,theinfluencing factorssuchascomprehensivelogisticscost,customerorderquantity,coalblendingorder number,sitestoragecapacityandequalparkingtimeareputforward. Finally,accordingtotheevaluationofinfluencingfactors,theoptimalmanagement schemeandmeasuresofHcompany'sportcoallogisticssystemareproposed.
