-I- 中文摘要 目前，随着科学技术和通讯技术的发展，信息可以在世界范围内快速传播和 扩散，世界向着多极化的方向发展，各国之间的博弈也在多极化的背景下展开。 党的十八大以来，我国高度重视生态环境保护和生态文明建设，因此我国正处于 能源转型发展的关键时期。我国目前的主要任务是保护环境、减少碳排放量。2006 年我国出台了《可再生能源法》，该法主要是为了鼓励我国能源的重复利用，促 进可再生能源行业的发展。自2015年以来，风力发电已成为火力发电、水力发电 后的第三大电源，到2019年底我国风电累计装机达到2.1亿千瓦。然而随着风电 发展的不断壮大，风电的经营模式也在不断地转变，点多面广的发展随之带来的 管理难题也不断增多，因此对风电企业发展策略进行深入的研究有很大的必要性。 本文以DH新能源公司为案例企业，运用企业生命周期理论、波士顿矩阵等 理论，结合DH新能源公司的发展现状，对其发展过程中存在的问题进行深入的 剖析，同时对比分析行业中的典型企业，从中汲取先进的发展经验，在此基础上 提出符合DH新能源公司在经济新常态和调结构去产能的经济大环境下的发展策 略，并且制定相应的保障措施，以期促进DH新能源公司能够健康快速发展。 关键词：生态文明；风力发电；可再生能源；发展策略 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract At present, with the development of science and communication technology, information can spread rapidly in the world, and the world is developing towards multi-polarization. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has attached great importance to ecological environmental protection and ecological civilization construction. Therefore, China is in a critical period of energy transformation and development. In 2006, China promulgated the Renewable Energy Law, which is mainly to encourage the reuse of energy and promote the development of renewable energy industry. Since 2015, wind power has become the third largest power source after thermal power and hydroelectric power. By the end of 2019, China's wind power cumulative installed capacity reached 210 million kw. However, with the development of wind power, the mode of operation has been changing, and the management problems have been increasing, so it is necessary to study the development strategy of wind power enterprises. This paper takes DH new energy company as a case, using the theory of enterprise life cycle and Boston Matrix, and combining the development status of DH new energy company, analyzes the problems existing in its development process, at the same time, by comparing and analyzing other enterprises in the industry and drawing excellent development experiences from them. On this basis, this paper puts forward the development strategy of DH new energy company under the economic environment of new normal state and adjusting structure to reduce production capacity, and formulates corresponding safeguard measures, in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of DH new energy company.
